Enjoy an unbeatable location less than a mile from Route 1/Coastal Highway to access outlet shopping, cinemas, and restaurants, and about five miles from Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. Other great attractions nearby include Jungle Jim's, Gordons Pond State Park Area, Herring Point, Delaware Seashore State Park, Milton Theatre, and Prime Hook National Wildlife Refuge. As soon as you enter this air-conditioned haven, you are greeted by an inviting living room featuring cozy sofas and a huge smart TV with streaming services to keep you up to date with your favorite series and movies during your stay. It's a fantastic spot to spread out comfortably after a fun-filled day exploring the area! The chef of the group will have a blast preparing exquisite homemade treats for the crew in the home's well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. The sunroom is a spacious and well-equipped area with comfortable sofas and a dining table. It serves as a perfect spot for you and your loved ones to gather, enjoy a meal, or play games while enjoying the beautiful views. The main suite is designed to provide maximum comfort and relaxation, featuring a cozy armchair, a smart TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub. You'll also have access to additional amenities such as a dry bar, a gas grill, a washer/dryer, and high-speed WiFi. Delaware Accommodations Intermediary License #2024712698 Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is no cable. Streaming only with guests' personal login. The garage is off-limits to guests. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. I stayed here with my 2 adult children and my son, a teenager. We also had our dog. The home was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the sun room was a pleasant addition. The neighborhood felt safe and was very nice to walk our dog.

Great Neighborhood and Close to the Beach

Stayed with my husband, one of our children and her family (with 3 toddlers) for 4 nights. The house was clean with a great location to talk around the neighborhood with the children. Plenty of room in the house plus the sun room allowed everyone to find some space to rest or play. Easy access to stores and pretty close to the beach. Easy check-out process didn’t require a significant lift on our end making our vacation that much better.

Perfect location for our trip. Nice neighborhod and spacious. Plenty of parking. Clean.A few items would make this a four/five star. The big chair in the living room should be replaced. Didn't love the other seating but it worked. Could not find a cookie tray. The two red covered chairs in the dining room should be replaced or at least removed. The sinks should have an option of a drain cover, perhpas a couple of plastic ones that rest on the side of the sink.
