This impressive 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath home is completetly updated from top to bottom. A bright, clean, comfortable home just steps from the beach access makes the perfect location to bring family and friends for a fun and relaxing beach getaway. Walk down to the famous Broadkill store to pick up fresh coffee and homemade doughnuts in the morning or grab a delicious deli sandwich and a milkshake for lunch! Each room is completely furnished with every amenity in order to make your stay convenient and comfortable.

The top floor boasts the main living area, a fully equipped kitchen, a ½ bathroom, the master bedroom suite, and two decks. The main living area is bright and beautifully decorated with 2 comfortable couches. One couch can fold out for extra sleeping accommodations if needed. French doors open up to the large main screened in porch that has plenty of seating and a grill that can be used for cookouts all year long. The kitchen has brand new stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops and every convenience of home, making it easy to whip up a tasty family breakfast, pack lunches for a day at the beach, or serve up the catch of the day! There are enough beds to comfortably sleep 7 guests. In addition to this, there is one fold- out couch and another couch in the downstairs living area which can accommodate a few more guests if needed. The large master bedroom suite contains a king size bed as well as a fold out couch allowing this room to accommodate up to four guests. The stunning on suite bathroom has a beautiful shower and a large linen closet that holds towels, linens, and other luxuries you may need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Off the master suite is a second deck with seating for two that overlooks the Primehook National Wildlife Refuge. Catch a glimpse of the local birds and other wildlife while sipping your morning coffee on the deck.

The bottom floor offers another living area, two more bedrooms, a full bath, and the laundry room. Bedroom two is a beautifully decorated room with a full size bed that can accommodate up to two guests. Bedroom three is a bright, spacious bedroom which has one full size bed and one twin size bed allowing this room to accommodate up to three guests. The bottom floor living area includes a very comfortable couch and a flat screen TV perfect for curling up and relaxing with a movie or a good book.

Outside is a fully functioning outdoor shower to clean off the sand from a fun day at the beach. The house is on a corner lot which provides plenty of space for parking multiple cars. Bring your family, friends, and family dog for a retreat they will never forget. A vacation at Broadkill Beach is a one of a kind experience! Begin your day walking your dog on the beach searching for shells, horse shoe crabs, and other natural sights and end it with your family and friends enjoying music, great conversation, and a bonfire on the beach!
