Duplex

Liked extra room for grandkids on upper level. Major overhaul of bathrooms needed. Kitchen could use updating but we’ll stocked with dishes, pots etc. Overall, a good week.

Classic Sea Colony Experience

Easy access to the beach and pool, along with under-cover parking and all other Sea Colony amenities, made our stay a great experience. The extra space that comes with a penthouse unit was as described, and was perfect for our group of 4 adults and 3 children. We had a repair issue, and the response to our request was immediate. Furnishings were basic and showed their age.
