This small but cozy house is located less than a half mile from the T-Dock Public boat landing (your gateway to the famous Eagle River chain of lakes), Eagle River City Beach on Silver Lake, Trees for Tomorrow environmental education center and, in the winter, the ice skating rink. Downtown Eagle River is only a mile away! This budget-friendly home invites you to kick back and relax in the pleasant living area, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large TV where you can watch your favorite shows and movies while munching on the snack of your choice. Surprise your beloved family and friends with tasty treats and homemade meals thanks to the well-appointed kitchen. It's complete with everything you need - a full-size fridge, stove, oven, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher! This air-conditioned home away from home features two cozy bedrooms. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. There is a CordaRoy beanbag chair that converts to a bed in the sunroom. Additional perks include on-site parking and a washer/dryer. After a fun day exploring all that the Eagle River area has to offer, we invite you to come home to relax and get a good night's sleep at Base Camp! Easy access. Property clean, comfortable and convenient. I would suggest host have a salt and pepper shaker that have salt and pepper in them and a grill (either gas or charcoal) available

We came into town from Connecticut for a family funeral, and I wanted to share how much this property made a difficult trip so much more comfortable for us. Knowing we had an entire house to come back to—not just a one-room hotel—took a lot off our plate after spending long days with family.The property was perfect for our stay, and the deer sightings were such a wonderful bonus that truly made our day! We also unexpectedly had to extend our stay by one night due to travel delays that were completely out of our control, and we were so thankful and appreciative that we were able to stay an additional night.We had everything we needed, and the property was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Thank you again for making our stay so easy and enjoyable during what was otherwise a difficult time. When we return to the area, we would absolutely look forward to staying here again!
