Features private back deck with barbeque grill, flat-screen TV, Wifi. and upgraded bedding. Central air conditioning, well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and more.2 TVs (all flat-screens), 2 DVDs, iPod docking station, board games, books, outside shower, gas grill, Wifi. Things to know Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
