The Space:

Located just a hop, skip and a jump from downtown Bethany Beach and the Bethany Beach boardwalk in the quiet, wooded community of Bethany Pines, this three-bedroom townhome features a full kitchen, living room, screened porch and fully fenced yard. Grill up some summer fare on the gas grill out on the patio and enjoy alfresco dining at the picnic table. The patio also features an outdoor shower for rinsing-off after a day at the beach or a swim in the on-site pool, located just steps from the front door. Additional complex amenities include tennis courts. The second-floor primary bedroom has an en suite bath and private balcony for sunbathing or stargazing. The other two bedrooms and additional full bath are also located on the second floor, while a half-bath is conveniently located by the kitchen on the first floor. For added convenience, a private full-size washer and dryer is available so you can pack lightly for your stay while staying fresh for any occasion. Additional essentials include central air-conditioning and free WiFi. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s). No cable. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. Affordable accommodation

Although seven of us had planned to stay here, only my family of four ended up staying here, as others stayed with a friend. The place was quiet and clean and had all the conveniences in it. Equally important, it was just 0.6 mile from the beach!

Great space

Had a weekend getaway with a bunch of guys. Easy to get to the beach, functional kitchen with great space for all 6 of us to eat together, and hang out in the evenings.

This house was great!!! Perfectly clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and spacious dining room. The house was in close proximity to the beach (just a short 8-10 minute walk) and directly in line with all the shops. Would highly recommend!!

Close walk to the beach. clean, comfortable, new kitchen appliances. disappointed that we never got the key to the pool despite 3 calls to Vacasa.

This townhouse is comfortable for 6 people and a big plus is the pool on the premises. (The photo shown is not the exact unit, though.)

There were definitely positives, the downstairs was lovely, kitchen was well stocked, neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant but there were some downsides too. When we arrived, there was a pile of garbage on the front porch and service from local team was slow.

Beach B-day trip! 8/24

The home was clean and well maintained, kitchen stocked well. Porch nice to sit in and the outdoor table to eat at. The pool was a nice treat to use. Great proximity to walk to the town and beach! Had an issue with no beach chairs at the house even though the site showed them as available for use? Ceiling fan in LR was not working and code entry system was very touchy and no real key provided for entry. Pam S/PA

Don't expect to use the pool

The home itself is nice enough and is a great location (short walk to the beach). I never received pool keys. I tried reaching out to Vacasa many times (phone, text, and stopping by the local location) and never received resolution.
