Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Due Nähe zum Rhein, zum Bahnhof und die Anbindung nach Straßburg ist ideal.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut.Die Wohnlage ist ruhig und wir haben großzügige Schlafräume angetroffen.Leider haben wir die Wohnung nicht sauber angetroffen. Den Vermieter haben wir im Nachgang ausführlich darüber informiert.Um uns wohltufühlen, haben wir in der Küche eine erste Grundreinigung (Fliesen, Wasserkocher, Herd und Geschirr) durchgeführt.In der Dusche des unteren Gästebades ist eine unschöne und schon längere Zeit bestehender Schimmelbefall zu bemängeln.Es fehlte an grundlegender Ausstattung wie:Flaschenöffner, Schere, Anzahl der Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier.Ach ja, am Haus ist keine Hausnummer angebracht, was die Anreisenden (Gruppe aus verschiedenen Richtungen) tatsächlich irritiert hat.So schade für dieses Objekt in Toplage.

Kein TV, keine Spülmaschine vorhanden. Schimmel Geruch im unteren Badezimmer. Alte kaputte Stühle.
