Ocean view is perfect and location is perfect. Upon arriving the house hadn’t been cleaned and frozen food was left in freezer upon coffee grounds all over counter and floor and in 2 keurig .. no towels wash clothes or dish clothes or nothing is provided beds are super hard and old school with springs in them and very uncomfortable the microwave is rusted out and damaged on the inside plus it just randomly turns on and stays running constantly, the oven on the stove does not work at all; half the tv remotes have batteries and half does not for the price per night of this house compared to others I wasn’t very happy with everything wrong or missing or just simply not working for the price

The condition of the home upon your arrival is not acceptable, and we are investigating why it was not properly prepared before your check-in. We have addressed this with our cleaning team to help ensure it does not happen again. Regarding the amenities, our listing specifies what is and is not provided, including kitchen essentials and certain household supplies. However, we understand your expectations and appreciate your feedback as we continue evaluating ways to improve our guests’ experience. We also take your comments about the beds, microwave, oven, and TV remotes seriously. Our maintenance team is inspecting these items, and any necessary repairs or replacements will be completed promptly. We value all guest feedback because it helps us improve. We appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
