A relaxed beautiful condo for a wonderful family beach week. Very clean and one of the nicest places we’ve rented. Would definitely come back! Owners are easy to communicate with. Sunsets are exceptional and a highlight of our stay!

We absolutely LOVED our stay in Jay and Jamie’s place! It was so clean, beautiful views, and steps away from the water! We spent three nights with our two small children and had the best time! The condo was well-stocked and spacious. We will definitely be back!

This was one of the best condos we have ever stayed in. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for 6 adults. The ocean front balcony was perfect. The proximity to the beach was excellent. The beach chairs were a huge plus, and the pool was never busy. The host was quick to answer questions and very helpful. 10/10!

We were in Topsail for a family vacation. Everyone had their own unit and I can say with confidence that this property is one of the best at the Dunes! The unit is so clean and well equipped. Jay and Jamie are great with communication and made check in a breeze. The views are amazing on both the front and back balconies. Do yourself a favor and book this one!

Jay & Jamie were very responsive, friendly, and helpful in setting up the stay and throughout our visit. Their condo is just as nice as the pics. *It is clean, comfortable and has been updated. *They use a linen service. *We had no trouble with the wifi. *The air conditioning was wonderful and the fans in each room were very helpful. *We ate in a couple times and the kitchen had all we needed to make it easy.We enjoyed our stay very much, will return, and highly recommend it.

This was true to the pictures! Beautiful view to the beach off the back porch and beautiful view of the marshes from the front porch! Very clean and updated place. Everything that is within their control was top notch! As others have noted, the walk up to the third floor is not ideal but not a deal breaker. I wish the pool was open later than 8 pm but not a deal breaker. I do highly recommend this place as the owners were awesome, personable, and prompt with every response throughout the process!

The unit was exactly as described and very beautiful. Probably the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in. The email I received with instructions and info was precise and thorough. Jay was prompt and helpful with answering questions. It was a pleasure staying here!
