With 40 m² of space, it features a bright, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Amenities include air conditioning, washing machine, and TV. For entertainment, there’s a ping-pong table, billiards, and gym equipment. A high chair is provided, available for an extra fee.



Enjoy your own private outdoor area with a covered terrace, ideal for al fresco dining or relaxing. Shared spaces include a barbecue, outdoor shower, playground, tennis court, and heated pool.



A supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, and Cap Golf is a 5-minute walk. The Bassin d’Arcachon beach is on site, with canoeing available. Grand Crohot and Truc Vert beaches are less than 15 minutes away by car. An ATM is 3 minutes away.



One parking space is available on the property, with free street parking nearby. Only small pets are allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. The interior is step-free and Wi-Fi is not available. An EV charging station and babysitting service are offered.



Beach and pool towels plus essentials (salt, pepper, oil, milk, water, coffee, tea, juice, sugar, dish towel, hand towel, toilet paper) are provided. Access to pools, mini-golf, and archery is possible via a pass available at the campsite. Please return the property as you found it for the comfort of future guests.
