The Space:

This home was built in the 1850s and has been fully updated yet still features original beams and other details to preserve its character. The first floor is spacious and comfortable with a large dining room, living room, bedroom, full bathroom, and newly renovated kitchen. The upstairs includes a full bathroom, bedroom with twin beds, reading nook, and master bedroom.



Guest Access:

The entire house is available for guest use.



The Neighborhood:

South Freeport is the perfect village for a quiet Maine getaway with access to many coastal landmarks, beaches, and Portland. Freeport is known for its shopping, specifically at the outlets and L.L. Bean campus headquarters, as well as many outdoor adventures. Nearby Wolfe's Neck Farm is a great area to explore. Enjoy kayaking, having lunch at the cafe, and visiting the animals in the barn. There's also Winslow Beach Park just a few minutes from the house that offers a (usually) secluded beach experience and walking trails along the coastline with stunning scenic views. It is the perfect picnic spot! Maine Beer Company is a favorite local restaurant and brewery less than 5 minutes away not to mention the plethora of lobster shacks. These are just a few of the many gems in the area!
