Central and quiet apartment in a garden district close to the Prague Castle

Enjoy your stay in the wonderful City of Prague in a very quiet garden district just at the Prague Castle. We offer an accommodation in a very big apartment in our family house. This apartment has a separate entrance and it consists of a hall, 2 very big double rooms +extra beds, a bathroom (with bathtub) and a kitchen on the first floor. Additionally you can book the third bedroom like a smaller Apartment with kitchenette, as well as a shower and WC on the second floor. All bedrooms are very spacious and they face South. In the total we can accommodate up to 9 persons in 3 bedrooms.
We offer also safe parking and WiFi for free for you. Baby cot and baby chair available for free.
There is an excellent connection by tram no.22 - the best one for tourist in Prague brings you to all the most important sightseeing (runs every 5 min.)- to the City (10 min.). Tickets for the public transport are cheap and available in our house.
There is also a direct public bus191 transport to the Prague airport from here.
Supermarkets and some very good restaurants you can find in a very short walking distance.

Wenig Verständnis seitens des Eigentümers

Das Appartement liegt über der Wohnung des Eigentümers. Als wir ankamen hat er uns Information gegeben und Transporrtickets verkauft. AUFPASSEN: Wir haben eine 3_Tageskarte gekauft, die sich aber nur lohnt wenn man mindestens 5 Mal täglich reist. Wir haben jeden Tag gesagt, dass es für uns kalt war,. Dann hat er die Heizung 1Tag 2 Stunden etwas wärmer gestellt. Er ging weg und seine Frau blieb, die sie wieder runterstellte. Obwohl er Zentralheizung hat, stellt er sie nach seinem Wunsch, wann und wie er möchte. Seine Antwort per E-mail war, dass die Wohnung regelmäßig geheizt wird, und dass wir die Fenster zur Lüftung nicht aufmachen sollten. Am Wochenende waren alle weg, die Heizung immer kalt, Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Er hat keinerlei Verständnis gehabt.

We hadden een erg vriendelijke ontvangst door Michal, ook erg fijn om bij hem de tramtickets te kunnen kopen! De tramhalte is dichtbij. Het zijn ruime slaapkamers met een aangename temperatuur en het is heel netjes!

This place was amazing! I stayed with a friend, and it was huge and comfortable. Everything was clean, and the place felt very secure. Michal was kind and helpful, and checking in/out was a breeze. I really enjoyed the kitchen with a coffee maker. This was in a quieter neighbourhood, but it was super easy to get to the city centre on the tram. Highly recommend :)

3 Tage Prag

Es lief alles zu unserer Zufriendenheit ab. Der Vermieter wohnt im selben Haus, so das die Kommunikation einfach und unkompliziert verlief. Wir waren nur zu zweit und haben den Platz in der geräumigen Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Theoretisch gäbe es in der Wohnung in zwei getrennten Wohn-und Schlaf- Zimmern jeweils drei Schlafmöglichkeiten. Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und super ausgestattet. Die Wohnung besticht sowohl durch den Charme der Möblierung und Dekoration, als auch durch die sehr ruhige Lage in einer Anwohnerstraße. Es gibt eine super Anbindung zum Nahverkehr. bis zur nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle sind es ca 10 min zu Fuß. Vielen Dank nochmal für die Gastfreundschaft.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Michal ist ein freundlicher hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.,der auch gute Tipps gibt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gemütlich. Sehr gute Anbindung zur Straßenbahn nur ein kurzer Fußweg. Von dort kommt man schnell zur Prager Altstadt und zum Supermarkt

Not for cold months

The location is excellent, providing convenient access to downtown and local shops via tram and metro. The apartment was clean. The place could benefit from upgrades including adding sofa to relax on.The heating was a major issue. We frequently had to request the owner to increase the room temperature. Despite wearing warm sweaters during the day, the nights remained exceptionally cold, causing the entire family to fall ill.Additionally, the water heater was insufficient, providing barely enough hot water for a family of four to take short showers.

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos. Er gab viele wertvolle Tips, hatte auch die Straßenbahntickets da.

Sonnig schöne September Tage in Prag

Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Gegend mit kostenfreiem, sicheren Parkplatz. Geräumige Zimmer, alles sehr ordentlich. Unkomplizierter informativer netter Empfang bei Ankunft. Straßenbahnanbindung ist in der Nähe und man ist schnell in der Prager Altstadt. Können die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen !

Du calme et de l espace à 15 min du centre ville en tram

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours en famille dans cet appartement limineux et spatieux au 1er etage d une grande maison. L hote nous a accueilli en francais avec beacoup de chaleur. Le tram 22 est à 5min à pied pour le centre ville et au pied du chreau. On recommande !du cahrezau

Sizeable apartment in east reach of city

A great sized apartment within a traditional Czech townhouse only a few minutes walk to the tram. Everywhere was clean, kitchen well equipped, shower hot . Would definitely stay again.

(Fast) Alles Perfekt!

Wir können uns den ganzen positiven Rezensionen hier nur anschließen! Alle wichtigen Sachen wurden ja auch schon genannt und hervorgehoben, das haben wir auch so erlebt! An dieser Stelle noch einmal ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön an Hr. Roucka! Das einzige, was uns ein wenig überfordert hat, war, dass der Gastgeber uns gleich bei der Begrüßung mit Infos „überfallen“ hat 😅 Wir wären gern erstmal kurz angekommen, da wir ja mehrere Stunden Autofahrt hinter uns hatten und dahingehend noch nicht so ganz aufnahmefähig waren…Aber das ist ja (ebenfalls) eine subjektive Geschichte…Ansonsten, wie gesagt, alles top und gern wieder! 🙂👍

Prag ist immer eine Reise wert. Es gibt viel zu sehen, zu erleben und leckeres Essen. Die Unterkunft ist top, ruhig gelegen aber nur wenige Gehminuten von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle. Die Vermieter sehr nett. Wir haben viele wertvolle Informationen und Tipps erhalten. Gerne kommen wir wieder

Es war alles super. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen. Das Haus ist 100 Jahre alt. Eine tolle Reise in die Vergangenheit. Tolle Lage. Nur wenige Minuten zur S-Bahn Station. Ein tolles Restaurant in der Kloster Brauerei.

Great stay with Michal

Michal was very easy going, provide us with a lot of information especially how to easily catch the tram just 5 minutes down the hill. The apartment was very comfortable and super clean. All and all an excellent stay, thank you so much Michal for being an excellent host. 👍👍👍👍

Top Lage - alte Einrichtung

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet am Stadtrand. Aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Auto parkt sicher hinter dem Zaun. 👍 Das Wichtigste ist vorhanden, aber die Einrichtung ist alt und zusammengewürfelt. Der Parkettboden müsste dringend repariert werden. An der Hauptstraße wo die Straßenbahnen fahren, gibts viele Restaurants.

Super Lage, top Preis! Vermieter kam mit Fahrkarten, Stadtplan, Verkehrsplan. Hat alles genau erklärt und einiges empfohlen. Er spricht perfekt deutsch. Straßenbahn-Verbindung super: man kommt überall hin ohne lange Wartezeiten. Gäste im Alter 65+ fahren mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel kostenlos und haben fast überall ermäßigte Eintrittskarten. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Empfehlen wir wirklich gerne weiter. Vielen Dank Michal.

Idyllisch gelegene Ferienwohnung

Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit gleich wertvollen Tipps für die Erkundung der Stadt. Eine Fahrkarte für die Tram konnten wir auch gleich erstehen und sofort losziehen. Die Haltestelle liegt in ein paar Gehminuten direkt vor der Tür. Die Wohnung liegt in schöner ruhiger Wohnlage. Das Auto konnte auf vorhandenen, abschließbaren Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus stehen bleiben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für Selbstversorgung sind auch fussläufig erreichbar. Der Weg zum Kaufland führt durch einen Skaterpark mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Prag ist wundervoll! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!
