I booked into this place because of the reviews and they were incorrect. The place smelled and the bins were overflowing. They did clear them when i messaged them. The person who met us there was not very nice and in quite a rush to get out. It was not close to anything. There are trams but they are usually very full so it was not a pleasant ride. I would not stay here again

Situation parfaite et appartement agréable dans un immeuble pragois typique

Séjour inoubliable de 2 semaines pour arpenter Prague de long en large et de haut en bas (beaucoup d'escaliers et de pentes raides, c'est sportif !). Appartement idéalement situé tout proche de la fameuse ligne 22 du tram, très pratique pour desservir les lieux les plus intéressants à visiter (d'autres lignes forment un maillage très pratique, avec des passages fréquents), petits commerces ouverts tard le soir mais disposant d'un choix très limité. Hormis les pâtisseries (nombreux cafés aux très beaux décors), la cuisine tchèque ne vaut pas le détour. Quelques regrets : des lits très durs, l'absence de vraie occultation des fenêtres de la chambre, réveil assuré par le jour à 5h du matin) et un micro-ondes semble-t-il hors d'usage car caché dans un placard. Sinon équipement tout à fait correct de l'appartement lumineux (hauts plafonds) et aux pièces vastes. Linge de qualité et en abondance.Très bonne communication avant le début du séjour. Nous étions trois, un couple dans le grand lit de la chambre et notre fille sur le canapé convertible du living. Nombreux rangements. Ascenseur vitré sur l'arrière de la façade et végétalisation des paliers et de la cour arrière.

This was a beautiful flat in a central, yet quiet location in Prague. Communication regarding check in was good and also flexible, which was just as well as our coach from Berlin got delayed.The flat had good sized rooms and was well equipped. Although it's on the 4th floor it has a lift to get you there after a busy day walking around the city. As already stated, the surrounding area, while still pretty central, was relatively quiet. The Havlicek park was a 2 minute walk up the road and is well worth exploring. There were plenty of local restaurants too, our favourites being Kubistro on Mexicka and Mistro on Moskevska.We had a very enjoyable nights in Prague, thank you!!

Very nice apartment in a very nice location

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our first time in Prague so we did have to see the sites, but we enjoyed the neighborhood in the mornings and evenings just as much. Nice coffee shops and backeries for breakefast. Strolls around the neighborhood in the evenings. And the apartment was perfect for us. Thanks much for a very pleasant stay.

Anniversary trip

This was an amazing apartment in the heart of Berlin. Our host was phenomenal about keeping in touch and giving us ideas and directions on where to go and what to see. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone going to Berlin!

Angefangen bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, über dessen Empfehlungen, dem Empfang im Objekt und die Wohnung selbst, inklusive Ausstattung…..rundum sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect stay in a lovely neighbourhood

Absolutely huge apartment, very clean, all the necessities. Right by the tram for easy access downtown, and great restaurants and a beautiful park in walking distance, plus groceries close by. We loved our stay!

Excellent stay in Prague

We had a pretty good experience in communication with the property managers, their responses were timely, accurate and friendly. The apartment was very convenient and lively. We really loved it. Near the apartment we found a good supermarket and excellent beer bars, which added a lot to our overall experience. The environment is very quite with a beautiful garden nearby. The commute to the center was very easy either foot or by tram.

Perfect apartment

We loved staying at this apartment. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Situated in a quiet residential area within a short tram ride from the centre of the city. The building has character and the apartment felt spacious and airy with high ceilings and large windows. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Communication with the owner was very helpful as was our welcome from his friend Lenka. We would happily stay there again!
