Welcome to our condo at Founders Pointe unit 4646.
This luxurious and newly renovated 1 bedroom is situated on the top floor of the Founder's Pointe building and offers breathtaking mountain views from the private deck. This spacious unit comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults, providing all the comforts and conveniences of home. Unwind with family and friends in the modernly furnished living room with hardwood flooring, a large comfortable sofa, a flat-screen television, cozy gas fireplace, ceiling fan to help cool off in the warmer summer months and access to the private deck.
Enjoy cooking meals together in the kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances, granite countertops; please note that there is only a half-sized refrigerator in the room. Dine at the table that seats 4 and is conveniently located between the kitchen and living room areas.
The primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, flat screen television and ceiling fan. The main bathroom is located in the hallway with a single vanity sink, shower enclosure and bathtub all enhanced with a modern chic design.
Unit amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, gas fireplace, ceiling fans, iron and ironing board, private deck. Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Complex Amenities include ski locker, outdoor hot tub and grill area, coin laundry, elevator and covered parking. Walk about the Village for shopping and dining, easy walk to the Gondola.

This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. Parking - Guests can park in the underground parking garage for an additional cost. Please use the instructions that are sent via SMS 1 day prior to your arrival date for the paid parking which is $24/day with coupon code we send to you.
Located in Winter Park Village's base village, you can easily walk off the slopes and into a variety of shops, restaurants, or bars at the base. Many year round activities include world-class skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, concerts, and festivals. The bus stop is conveniently located across the street, providing free access to all of Winter Park!
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
