We would like to welcome you to stay in our luxury condo located in the Base Village at Winter Park Resort. Our condo is just a 2-minute walk to the Zephyr Express Lift. We are adjacent to the New Village where you can find a variety of shops, dining, and an ice skating pond. Our 6th floor unit has gorgeous views of the village and mountain while also overlooking the Amenities Deck. Steps away from the elevator - but no elevator noise! And it's high up away from the Amenities Deck noise!

This is a kitchenette that is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. It features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.


The bedroom features a KING-SIZE bed. It also has a ceiling fan and a 27-inch TV. The bathroom has an over-sized bathtub and stand-up shower. Comfort and convenience features include humidifier, iron, and hair dryer.


The entertainment center comes equipped with a 32-inch LCD flat-panel TV, and PlayStation 3 with games.


Fraser Crossing is conveniently located in the Winter Park Base Village. The building has an amenities deck on the third floor that includes a large outdoor hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and a barbecue grill. The lobby provides access to building elevators, heated underground parking garage, and private ski lockers. For security, key cards are required for entry to the building and garage.


The Winter Park Resort provides free bus transportation to town.

About Hue (Way) Ngo

My husband is a big fan of skiing. He started our kids since they were 5 years old. My son now loves skiing, and we find ourselves coming back to Winter Park a couple times each winter. Winter Park is only a short drive from Denver airport. The mountain is easy enough for the beginners and challenging enough for the experts. Besides the great snow and skiing, what we like most about Winter Park is the friendly people!

Accommodating owners. Clean condo in excellent proximity to slopes and WP Village. Keep your gear in lockers as you walk in building. Car stays inside parking garage in building. Very convenient.

Huge bathroom with big tub and shower. Close to elevator and refuse room. We had a great time. Thank you!

Very nice and convienent to the slopes

We enjoyed our stay very much. Hue was responsive to anything we needed and the unit was clean, modern and very accommodating. The only complaint we had was noise from the hallway and other places in the building. Pets were allowed and the noise would carry from both them and people. Besides that, we were very happy with everything. The parking was also an issue but there is a system for parking and we do recommend you secure your parking in advance of your arrival. We did not, and had a brief hassle getting parked, but once we got past it, things went smoothly.

We love staying here, we've stayed in this unit twice and plan to come back next year again. This unit is on the top floor, facing in toward the patio/hot-tub, and just around the corner from the elevators. We had previously stayed in a different unit in this same building, but this unit is better situated. What's a plus: no noise from upstairs neighbors, no long walk from the elevators, and being able to check out what's happening down on the patio. We often just go back to the condo for a lunch break because it's so close to the base.

The kitchen is well stocked. There's a small fridge, dishwasher, 2-burner stove, microwave, and coffee maker. There's no real oven or freezer, but that hasn't been a problem for us. The bedroom closet is quite large, but there isn't a ton of drawer storage; there's also a decent sized closet in the entry area. The bathroom is roomy and the large vanity is convenient. The king size bed is in good condition. I like there's a humidifier in the room, that's a nice amenity in dry Colorado!

Lastly, I can't say enough kind words for the owner! She has always been very friendly and responsive to all my inquires & questions. She was able to let us in early when we got there sooner than expected, which we really appreciated after a LONG drive! She really seems to care about the condition of the unit and that her guests are satisfied. I appreciate this level of service, it's just a bit more personal than when you rent from one of the management companies.
