• Bus Access: A nearby bus stop (5–7 minutes) takes you directly to Condado, Old San Juan, and the airport area.

• Uber & Taxis: Getting around is effortless with Uber and taxi stands conveniently available along the avenue.

• Rental Cars: Choose from several car rental agencies only 2–3 minutes away. Reserve on-site parking for your stay.

Other Things to Note:

🔆About Power:

Puerto Rico occasionally experiences short power interruptions. The building has a generator for common areas like the lobby and elevators, though the studio is not yet connected. Guests are welcome to use the air-conditioned lobby if needed. A private power backup for the studio is currently in progress.



⚙️About Maintenance:

Routine building upkeep may happen Monday–Friday between 10 AM and 5 PM. We appreciate your cooperation as the property maintains and upgrades its spaces.

Your comfort matters. I’m available at any time by message for suggestions, directions, or support with anything in the studio. For added convenience, the building offers round-the-clock front desk service for check-ins and guest questions.
