Oceanfront Condo.

Beautiful ocean view and cute patio for 4. Spent a lot of time relaxing on patio. Nicely furnished. Small kitchen with all appliances necessary for comfort. Walgreens and car rental right across street. Owners were helpful with our questions.

Great trip to Puerto Rico!

Had a wonderful stay in this rental. Place was very clean and great location. The view was amazing! There were a couple things that were a little out dated and needed repairs but it was ok. Any problems were addressed right away by Yary and Victor. We are going back!!

Perfect spot for a relaxing beach stay

Great location

We stayed in this same building back in March. The location, beach & views are awesome. FYI, the proximity to the water takes its toll on the rental property. Just know that going in & you won’t be disappointed. When we come back again as I am sure we will we would look to stay in the same place.

A great first visit to PR!

This property was right on the beach that allowed us to get daily views and walks. The kids also enjoyed the pool and the local restaurants. Staff was friendly and easy to engage. We were able to take advantage of some fantastic PR sightseeing experiences and enjoyed learning the history and connecting with the local community. We are very much looking forward to coming back in the future!

A cute place to rest your head while exploring Puerto Rico

We had a lovely stay at the property - we did encounter some door issues, and the whole place could use a good refreshing (the light bulb out in the fridge, for example) but for the price and the proximity to the beachfront, it was terrific. The beach area is clean and not very crowded, as was the pool. The whole place does feel more like an apartment building than hotel, but we knew that going in.Our one only gripe is that there wasn't a whole lot within walking distance that interested us, particularly for breakfast options. But this was our group's first time in Puerto Rico and lessons have been learned.Overall, it was a great location for our first visit to help get a lay of the land.

Wonderful location

The room was clean and had an amazing view. Parts of the room were updated other parts needed updating. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great View

This rental was spacious for my family of four. The two bathrooms was a great plus. Having a parking included was convenient. The location was good. Right across from Walgreens and so many food options. We gad a wonderul time. The only thing is it could definitely use some upgrades. But i would definitely stay here again.

Location is the prom queen and the apartment is your date.

The great location helps the apartment suffice but it does have some flaws. The ocean view from the 17th floor never gets old but the apartment is.

Great views!

Fun stay in apartment with great views. 20-30 minutes to old San Juan via Uber. Across from Walgreens. Very close to airport but never heard air traffic. Overall very nice

Beautiful View

Beautiful view, great property. Beach gear was nice to have available. Could have used more kitchen towels, wine glasses. It would be nice to have a handbook with TV tips, restaurant choices, taxis, etc.

Great location! Victor was easily available when we needed help. Apartment was clean and view was amazing. Restaurants, bars and stores very close. Eight adults is a tight fit, would do a max of 6 adults next time, but with the amount of time spent in the apt being limited, it’s workable. Thanks to Victor & Yuri!

Pre Vacation

We decided to stay in PR before our cruise for a few days and found this condo. Totally met and exceeded our expectations. The location couldn’t be better. Near everything necessary or a short Uber drive. The condo has a beautiful view of ocean and the grounds are well kept and secure. Our host was easy to reach when needed and would stay again if we return

Great vacation!

Property is nice. Like other comments it could definitely use some updates, even just minor ones as some things are lose fitting (closet doors, bathroom sink, and a few other things) but it’s not bad for the price at all! We really enjoyed our stay! The beach is amazing! Seriously the beach makes it 5stars alone. Large pool and Laundry room is available if needed ($2.50 per load). Master is spacious and fits 4 guest easily. I do wish the dining table had at least 2 more chairs because we had 6 guest. Owner was very responsive with any questions I had. We overall loved our stay! Thank you!

Great location!

The balcony view was wonderful. Listening to the ocean waves was soothing and just what we needed! The owners have provided camp chairs, beach towels, a cooler, etc. to make our trips to the beach easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked adequately so we could prepare simple meals. There were also some cooking ingredients available such as vegetable oil, salt, pepper, seasonings, etc. The condo is on the 17th floor and we spent most of our time in the unit on the balcony.

Not at all what was advertised

The pictures of the condo aren’t accurate. We were offered a full refund because we were unhappy with the general appearance of the inside of this condo but we were forced to find somewhere else to stay in short notice.

Nice Apartment in Front of the Beach

My husband, son, daughter in law and myself enjoyed the stay at this property. We got to see family members during the stay and spent great days at the beach. The view was awesome!! The place was centric and close to all the things we wanted to do. The AC worked great. The beach was clean, and the sunrise was beautiful. It came with lots of towels and enough kitchen ware to make a meal. I would stay at this property again. Highly recommended. I would have liked to have the couch located in the bedroom in the living instead for more comfortable seating space in the living room. One of the dining room chairs seems unstable and it would have been nice to have a place in the walking tubs to put the shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. Other than this, it matched the description in VRBO.

Location and View are FABULOUS!!!!

The view and beach location are a Amazing! There was a view from each bedroom and the balcony was a generous size. The balcony was where we had coffee in the morning to enjoy the ocean view. The pool was beautiful and clean. My toddler loved the pool. The Condo Amenities were great. The Cons: 1 of the 4 burners on the stove did not work. My dad sat in a chair at the table for breakfast and it broke! Thankfully he didn’t hit his head against the wall. We left the broken chair in the hall and the owner said he would bring a new one but, we never got it. The bathrooms could use some updating. I would give the inside of the apartment a 3 stars but the location and ease of check in and checkout make it 4 and the location is a 10! I would consider staying there again just for the view and beach access.

The View

Pros: Host is very responsive The view is amazing Right next to the beach Close to airport Cons: Place needs a lot of updates Fridge has rust all over it Washer and dryer aren’t working AC was not working (host did bring in 3 individual units but we had to adjust our plans to make sure we were there to receive them) Once the AC was fixed, there was an odor coming from the vents as if the air filter hasn’t been changed in forever The toilet seat is wobbly The bathroom faucet is very loose which causes leaking all over the counter that spills onto the floor Please bring shower shoes as it terribly needs to be re-tiled and the soap scum is very real The beach chairs are extremely warn and almost fell through when testing it out The dining room chair that was mentioned in a previous post has not been fixed and someone almost fell again and could have been severely hurt. Blackout on the last day. Definitely not in the control of the host but wish there were spare flashlights and additional batteries available. So be sure to keep everything charged as you never know when a blackout will hit. Overall, it’s ok for a very short stay but wouldn’t choose this place again.
