Perfect location to beach, shop and restaurants. Just minutes away. The condo was pleasant and provided us with all the necessities needed. The only thing that I would add would be an air conditioner in the kitchen/living room area. It would get bit muggy in this area, even with the ceiling fan and stand up fan provided.

Maria contacted me a few days in advance when she became aware of the storm that had occurred in NYC. I appreciated her assuring me that she would be available if I had any problems traveling. I also appreciated the fact that she was on top of the situation. The apartment was clean, quiet and comfortable. it was a perfect location, I was able to get a nice breeze from the beach and access the beach easily.Also the parking available was very convinient.

Great location, right on the beach. Apartment had all the basic necessities. We did supplement some stuff since there weren’t enough paper towels, toilet paper, and some toiletries but luckily there was a pharmacy right up the block and a supermarket within walking distance. We were concerned at first that the A/C units were only in the bedroom, but when we left the bedroom doors open and placed the fans in the main area to circulate the cold air, it was actually quite comfortable. Overall, we had a very nice vacation.

Amazing Host

Close to everything, all you needed in the condo. Host was amazing, let us stayed later and check in early because she didn’t have the property booked, and we had a late flight! I will definitely recommend, super safe and close to everything!

Great location and host was always available.

Rafael was great, he was available and helpful. Our flight was canceled and he let us stay an extra night to make up for our lost night. Maria sent easy to understand information needed for check in. The parking spot is very tight, I recommend a small car or SUV. Condo was clean and large enough for 4 of us.

Overall the condo was great and well equipped with things like a cooler and beach chairs. The pool area was nice too. And there are lots of restaurants within walking distance. There is a pharmacy and grocery store close by too.There were a few things that would have made it better.1. There were 4 adults but the only "comfy" seating was a couch. An extra lounge chair or two would have been nice. Otherwise, someone was always forced to sit at the dining room table when hanging out at night.2. Although there is air conditioning, it is only in the bedrooms in the form of window units. Not a problem if you leave the doors open and use the circulating fans. But it can get warm in the living room if the bedroom doors are shut for awhile.3. Be warned that the assigned parking space is in an awkward location and hard to access if you don't have a compact vehicle.There is a view of the beach, but it's from the side of the building. No big deal for us though. See picture.

Great location and features/amenities

This has been the best location so far in Puerto Rico. The key is the location, near everything, plus the amenities of the apartment, which is modern and well-appointed. Please make sure that you rent a compact car and nothing larger as the parking spot is small and in a tough spot to get in and out. I look forward to coming back.

Great Location

We enjoyed the property, the apartment was nice and clean had everything we needed plus chairs and a cooler for the beach..we loved the little restaurant downstairs, great Burgers and wings😋..Most of all the Location is great. Just a few steps to the beach. Stores and other restaurants are within walking distance. Great communication with the Host Maria. Thanks for a great stay we definitely recommend ..👍👍

Wonderful Location, Great Property and Attentive Host

Maria was an attentive and a wonderful host! The property was exactly as pictured and described, and fit our needs perfectly! It was clean, had everything we needed, and I can’t wait to return. The location was also perfect, from the views of the beach and ocean to walkable delicious restaurants. I recommend renting a car, as a great grocery store is close but would be not quite easy to walk with bags. The pool was also great to have! My family had such a perfect time, thank you Maria!

Perfect location!

This was my first time coming to Puerto Rico. The condo was exactly as described. Maria was absolutely amazing and very responsive and helpful. The condo was VERY clean when we arrived and had everything you could possibly need. The beach was beautiful and you can easily rent chairs and an umbrella if needed. The location was perfect and we rarely even needed to get an Uber. Being able to have the balcony doors open at night to listen to the waves was so relaxing! We would definitely come back and stay here!!

Location, location, location!

Maria the property manager was very nice and went out of her way to meet us and answer our many questions. The location cannot be beat as you can walk to the beach in five minutes and eat and drink downstairs or in walking distance! Plus, the building is secure with a passcode and security guard and Covid mask rules. The apartment was very clean and beach towels were provided which was very nice, as was the fairly new washer and dryer. The living room has a nice view too! Thank you for everything!

My vacation

Property pictures shows master bedroom with a dresser, but there was none. Living out of suitcase for 4 week is uncomfortable. We totally enjoyed our time in spite of that and chose not to complain to Maria. She was very pleasant and I did mention it to her when we left. Nice place an good location. Thank you Maria

It was paradise. The comfort of home living with accomadation and amenities with beachfront life.

My family stayed in this lovely condominium in Isla Verde during their summer break of 2017. The family had access to beach, pool and all the amenities in the area. The home is lovely decorated with modern decor and appliances with personal decorations throughout the home which gave it a homey feel. It feels like a home and not a hotel. Waking up to the ocean view every morning was why we picked this condo. However it has so much more to offer. We were just an hour or less away from all the popular tourist sights in Puerto Rico. This is GEM which I would like to keep to myself but no fair to the homeowner of this home whom have which made paradise and are willing to share their home with families who want a piece of paradise. They call Puerto Rico La Isla Del Encanto and this home reflects Puerto Rico's charm.

María is a great hostess. I had a number of complains but she was cordial and helpful. At all times. Additionally, she allowed me to leave the apartment much later than the checking out time, which was very helpful due to my late flight.

Great Place

My husband and I joined our son and daughter in law at this location for our family trip “after the pandemic”. We really enjoyed our stay in this condominium. The peace is conveniently located close to the stores and restaurants. This place has direct access to the beach. The place is clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and secure. Maria the host was very pleasant and responsive. We will stay here again!!

Great location if you like action

The pictures are accurate of this recently remodeled unit. I agree with a previous review that the building is secure. It was nice that an assigned parking spot was included for a small car. The building is located on the beach and near the casinos so the area is busy day and night. Lots of restaurants and bars all walkable. Very quick 7 minute drive from the airport. The only negative for us was the noise level in this area since it’s such a popular location.

The property was immaculate and the owner helpful and cooperative. The security was excellent. The unit itself was a bit sterile, without lamps or side tables in the living room, just overhead lights. The a/c units are in the bedrooms but adequately cool the apartment. However, the one in the second bedroom was very noisy and woke us up every cycle! The pool is clean and refreshing, however, the surroundings are unattractive, just some plastic chairs. All over, I would recommend booking it as its reasonably priced, well located and, as I said, immaculate.

Great apartment.

Apartment was very clean, I do wish the master bed had firmer mattress and pillows. My husband kept rolling to the middle. Otherwise I would stay there again. Thank you. Hope to see you soon.

Hola! My name is Pablo and I am a young professional managing a team at LinkedIn. I own a property with my twin brother, Rafa. Our mom, María, manages for us the property, because she's a local and we live in San Francisco, CA.
Rafa and I were born and raised in San Juan, PR, just minutes away from our newly remodeled apartment. School (MIT and Cornell University) have distanced me from my native Puerto Rico, but I still like to visit as frequently as I can.
We bought and prepared our apartment to ensure we could have all the amenities we have in the Bay Area steps away from one of our favorite beaches in Puerto Rico.
