The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check in is no earlier than 4pm EST on your scheduled day of arrival. Approximately 24 hours before your check in you will receive an email with your four-digit code to unlock the front door.
Park in the spot designated '102' directly in front of the condo door. If additional parking is needed, use one of the spots designated 'guest.'
To open the door, key in your four-digit code provided in your welcome email. The deadbolt automatically slides to a locked position after one minute each time the door has been opened.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
