My wife and I purchased this unit to solidify my parents winters in Cocoa Beach. They are in their 90's and have stayed at this complex for 25 years. They use the unit Jan, Feb & March. We attempt to rent the remaining time to people that will take care of the unit and enjoy the beach like we do.

Why they chose this property

As my wife and I have raised our 3 children, we have vacationed up and down the east coast. We found this Florida location to be the best of all worlds. Close to Disney/Orlando Airport, low key beach town, mid sized complex (50 units/3 stories) with great pool and great beach. Complex is clean and well maintained. Access to the Pier is nice but it is also far enough away so there is no noise or crowd problem.

What makes this property unique

It's a 1st floor unit with reserved parking at the door. Great for access with luggage and groceries and easy access to the courtyard and pool.
