Convenient to numerous shops, restaurants and night life or relax around the quite heated pool and enjoy the ocean breezes

We love this location and have stayed in this complex multiple times. This particular unit is very well appointed with comfortable beds and living room furniture, and the kitchen is stocked with appliances, spices, pots, pans, everything you could need besides food in the refrigerator. There are beach chairs, boogie boards, and plenty of beach towels as well. We had everything we needed for a great weekend and would definitely return!

We enjoyed this condo! It's definitely an older property but the unit has been remodeled in a lovely way. We appreciated that there were plenty of towels, linens, beach towels, and even beach chairs and toys. We utilized the stove, coffee maker, washer/dryer, and dish washer, and all worked well. The property is quiet and well maintained. The outdoor garden hose for washing off sand has the highest water pressure I've seen at the beach! It really gets most all the sand off before you come inside. The covered parking was a plus but the parking spaces are kind of narrow, but it wasn't a big deal.

My wife and I purchased this unit to solidify my parents winters in Cocoa Beach. They are in their 90's and have stayed at this complex for 25 years. They use the unit Jan, Feb & March. We attempt to rent the remaining time to people that will take care of the unit and enjoy the beach like we do.

Why they chose this property

As my wife and I have raised our 3 children, we have vacationed up and down the east coast. We found this Florida location to be the best of all worlds. Close to Disney/Orlando Airport, low key beach town, mid sized complex (50 units/3 stories) with great pool and great beach. Complex is clean and well maintained. Access to the Pier is nice but it is also far enough away so there is no noise or crowd problem.

What makes this property unique

It's a 1st floor unit with reserved parking at the door. Great for access with luggage and groceries and easy access to the courtyard and pool.
