Approx one block south of the World Famous Cocoa Beach Pier and just north of Ron Jons Surf Shop Full equipped kitchen with every utensil and appliance necessary. Convenient to numerous shops, restaurants and night life or relax around the quite heated pool and enjoy the ocean breezes

Great location!

The property was perfect for our low-key family vacation. We particularly loved how close it was to the pier. If you're planning a vacation with a couple beach days, the location is great.

Great time. Nice condo w/ everything a family of 4 needed. Ample seating in living area & dining area. Nice touch having beach supplies avaliable for use (cooler, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). The condo is extremely clean and well maintained. The complex is quiet and relaxing. Beach access is very convenient. Very family oriented. We had a blast!

My wife and I purchased this unit to solidify my parents winters in Cocoa Beach. They are in their 90's and have stayed at this complex for 25 years. They use the unit Jan, Feb & March. We attempt to rent the remaining time to people that will take care of the unit and enjoy the beach like we do.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

As my wife and I have raised our 3 children, we have vacationed up and down the east coast. We found this Florida location to be the best of all worlds. Close to Disney/Orlando Airport, low key beach town, mid sized complex (50 units/3 stories) with great pool and great beach. Complex is clean and well maintained. Access to the Pier is nice but it is also far enough away so there is no noise or crowd problem.

It's a 1st floor unit with reserved parking at the door. Great for access with luggage and groceries and easy access to the courtyard and pool.
