This was a great find on VRBO. The condo had everything we needed to cook a Thanksgiving dinner for 4! The owner was only a quick text away with any questions. The access to the beach was top notch- - so close. The property is well cared for, including the exterior and walk way to the beach. The home is well equipped with beach chairs, towels, etc. We didn’t need anything but ourselves and some groceries!I am a picky renter and read all reviews before settling on a place. I was not disappointed. I also have a super sensitive nose, and was worried about the musty smell someone else mentioned. The homeowner has a dehumidifier you can use during your stay and it worked beautifully. The home is better than described. If we return to Cocoa Beach, I would definitely rent again. We were able to walk to dinner and enjoyed the ocean from the Pier as well.

Summer Vacation 2025

Great time. Nice condo w/ everything a family of 4 needed. Ample seating in living area & dining area. Nice touch having beach supplies avaliable for use (cooler, chairs, umbrellas, beach towels). We appreciated the owners quick responses & feedback. Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants & most importantly pool & beach! Thank you!

Perfect Beach Resort

We met my Daughter & Granddaughters on Tuesday before their cruise departure on Friday. From the beginning to the end, we were delighted with the location, close to the beach & pool & communication with Property Management. Thank you!!!

Outstanding Beach Locale

Easy to find. Rooms were larger than expected. Kitchen supplies were best ever in a vrbo. Entire grounds were spotless. Close proximity to beach, power, and space center were excellent.Shopping was close and convenient.Only negatives: not enough blankets for cold nights, TV was not user friendly, having to wash towels and dishes before departure (I thought I was at home!)

Great location!

Weekend stay

The location was fabulous. Just walked to the beach and the pier. Putting green was just outside my patio door. Furniture was a very comfortable. Had everything I needed.I would definitely stay there again. The communication was great with the hosts. I will look them up as my point of contact for the next time I frequent Cocoa Beach.

Place was immaculate host very prompt to return texts and calls. Even had us call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thanks Jack we had a great time!

Toilet in guest bathroom did not flush & was dirty, Flushing arm was broken. Informed Host, not fixed at check-out. Bathtub dirty too. Linens and towels not put away in linen closet. Floors not clean and kitchen cabinet knobs dirty and grimy.

outstanding!!

Updated, spacious, great location, beach toys, chairs, umbrella provided, short walk to the beach, tons of towels. Has everything you need! It is a nice quiet area. Folks staying in the community are so kind, you are close enough to the pier but far enough away for the beach not to be super busy. Quick 5 minute drive to eats and shops. It was PERFECT!

Wonderful Condo

The condo was very clean, the location was only a 3 minute walk to the pier and a 5 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go. We would definitely stay again if we travel to coca beach! The pool was clean, just a note it does not stay open until 9, the manager locks it at will, one day 8:30pm, another 7:45pm.

Beach Gem

Go ahead and book this condo, you can't go wrong! Condo exceeded my expectation in every way! We had everything we needed, the kitchen is great and well stocked. Condo is steps to the pool and beach. Beach and pool was never crowded, absolutely loved everything! Also the maintenance guy was super nice/friendly. 10/10 would do again:)

My wife and I purchased this unit to solidify my parents winters in Cocoa Beach. They are in their 90's and have stayed at this complex for 25 years. They use the unit Jan, Feb & March. We attempt to rent the remaining time to people that will take care of the unit and enjoy the beach like we do.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

As my wife and I have raised our 3 children, we have vacationed up and down the east coast. We found this Florida location to be the best of all worlds. Close to Disney/Orlando Airport, low key beach town, mid sized complex (50 units/3 stories) with great pool and great beach. Complex is clean and well maintained. Access to the Pier is nice but it is also far enough away so there is no noise or crowd problem.

It's a 1st floor unit with reserved parking at the door. Great for access with luggage and groceries and easy access to the courtyard and pool.
