Family friendly beach, no cars allowed, active sea turtle nesting area. Lots of sand to bury Dad and lots of quiet for Mom to take a break and relax. Take a jog in the morning and a romantic stroll at sunset. Plenty of fishing right from shore or take a deep sea fishing excursion from the Port. Step out of the ocean into the fresh water pool with chase lounges for sunning, deck chars for resting and tables for just hanging out.

My family and I had a great time at your condos. Your units were beautiful and they were just what we were looking for. The proximity to the pool and the beach was perfect, considering I have a 4 month old who frequently needs to go inside to eat.



I just want to say thank you and that we really enjoyed staying at your place and would like to vacation there again in the future. My parents are also interested in renting for a extended period, so if you can let me know what if any time periods are available in the winter months, that would be great. ...again thankyou

Great location on the beach

My kids and I had a great time staying at your condo and we will return again. Your condo is in a great location and I felt safe with my kids. We were able to enjoy the pool and the beach every day we were there. Since we were there in July it was was much too hot to have the windows open to enjoy the sounds of the beach at night, however, the evening/morning view of the ocean is beautiful. Having chairs and umbrellas stocked was very convenient, as well as the fan in the closet because we like to sleep with a fan. I have to mention the garage parking because I was so grateful for it. It was nice to have the car parked in the garage and not having it out in the blazing sun all day, not to mention I never had to worry about having a place to park if we went away for the day! One of the only things that I would like to see changed is a more private wifi connection. There were a few days I had to use it for work and would have felt a more secure connection would have been beneficial. There were 4-5 different wifi signals we would have to bounce across using the same password. Also, my cell carrier is AT&T and the only place to get a signal was if my phone was near the window in the kitchen and on a rare occasion near the window in the master bedroom. In the kitchen, I would love to see a few oven pans, a cookie sheet or casserole pan would've been helpful. That being said, it still doesn't deter me from visiting again because it is a great place, now I just know how I can be better prepared. Thanks again!

Owner's Response: I'm glad you had a good stay. Thank you for the suggestions regarding the pots and pans. I will get that done before your next visit. I will look into the cost for the private wifi too.

Great Vacation

Was nice to have the beach chairs and umbrellas. Could use a larger sized umbrella. Other than that the condo was clean and well maintained. Oh yeah Might not go during hurricane season. Irma didn't ruin trip but was close by.

Peeping Tom

The first night we had a peeping Tom, my 71 year old Mother made eye contact with him in the mirror, she had just gotten out of the shower. Called the police and the owner. The owner just said it was probably a nosey Home Owner Assocition member...well we continued to see him the entire week in the parking lot with a grocery cart getting up trash....obviously he works there. Had to keep all the curtains closed the entire week

Owner's Response: As Paul Harvey used to say, and now for the rest of the story. The tenant did call around 10 pm, I was in bed asleep. As soon as I saw the message on my cell phone I texted the tenant as it was about 6am the next day when I saw the message and I knew to reply.. When the tenant called me later that morning, I suggested she call the police which she had done the previous night. The Cocoa Beach Police responded and did a walking patrol of the complex for what I was told by the tenant for about two hours. I did say the neighbors are always on the lookout for the comings and goings of the complex and that sometimes they can be a bit noisy. After the conversation with the tenant, I immediately called the HOA and management company to let them know about the incident and asked that if they knew of any similar issues and I was told they do not have any incidents on record. I then followed up the call to the HOA with a call to the tenant to let her know that I had alerted the HOA and management and to let her know that I have NEVER had any issue like this before at Spanish Main. I regret that I could not prevent this experience as I live 50 miles from the site. I took immediate action and responded the best way I know how.

Great location. All you need

We loved our stay at this unit. The unit is equipped with everything you need, which is nice if you're flying to Florida and can't pack big stuff. There were lawn chairs and umbrellas which were VERY nice to have. I also noticed a stroller and pack ' n play in the closet (we didn't have need for it, but would be great if you have little ones). There were beach toys as well. All those extras kept us from going out and having to spend extra money. The unit was clean and the view was a great bonus! We are working out how soon we can come back for another stay!!

The best of possible worlds. Quiet family friendly beach, close to Orlando attractions and the Orlando International Airport.

Cocoa Beach offers waves to raves, chose your form of entertainment. 50 minutes from Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Shopping, dining, touring can all be done in 1 day, 1 week or 1 month, never do the same thing twice. Take the kids to the zoo or take your significant other to a romantic dinner.

Spanish Main condo is a quite complex right on the Atlantic Ocean. Step outside your unit to watch the cruise ships leave the port or watch a Space Shuttle leave for the International Space Station.

The family friendly beach does not allow cars and this area is an active turtle nesting area. The community pool is fresh water which is cool in the summer and heated during the winter months. .

Be a local or a tourist it's up to you!
