Place was very clean. Communication with Summit was excellent. It was pet friendly & had a fake grass rug outside for dogs. Only small vehicles able to get in this driveway. Elderly individuals need to be careful going down steps to the door leading to the cabin; has 1 handrail. Be careful in shower also as no handrail & can be slippery. Fireplace has it’s own remote. Wi-Fi is also available. Has a small game room, washer and dryer, and hot tub on deck.

Disliked: Location
The property was questionable on the clean… we found oily fingerprints on the glasses in the cabinet and old used aluminum foil on the table. I also question cleanliness, when the host requires the tenant to have the dishes washed and put away. Most place i have stayed wants the dishes in the dishwasher, then the cleaning crew puts clean dishes in the cabinet. The cabin was very dark. One living lamp with a dark shade. Dark furniture, dark cabinets, dark doors and dark flooring in the kitchen. So, you could not really relax cause to see you have to have the harsh bright white overhead light on. The bathroom was nice bright white. But not finished well. The shower curtain not installed correctly so water gets everywhere and the toilet rocks badly. The cabin seclusion was great but don’t go in the winter time the road to it is straight up! Then the driveway is terrible. You can’t see upcoming traffic when trying to leave because the angle of driveway and not one level part of the yard. The best part of the cabin is the hot tub!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We're glad you enjoyed the seclusion of the cabin and especially the hot tub. We sincerely apologize for the cleanliness concerns you encountered, as the fingerprints on the glassware and used foil are not up to our standards. Your feedback about the steep road and driveway access is also appreciated, as mountain access can certainly be challenging for guests who are not accustomed to the terrain. Thank you again for your feedback and for choosing Summit Cabin Rentals.
