Great Stay

  • 4 of 5

Very nice and well decorated cabin. Great location just off the main strip but close enough to be in town in minutes. The rent office staff was very nice and helpful. Heat went out overnight and the temps outside were in the single digits. HVAC crew responded before lunch and had it working again. We would stay here again

The cabin was clean and as expected, except for the fireplace. There are no fireplace tools, no ash bucket and no wood (which if the other stuff was there, we could have just bought). Since it was advertised as having a fireplace, I thought it meant one you could actually use.

The bed in the master bedroom is painfully hard. The outside trash can is locked, so you can’t take out the trash and there are no rugs at the doors to wipe your feet.

The bathroom is very nice and looks recently remodeled.

The cabin is very spacious for 2 people.

The hot tub was nice. It could use a little shelf above it to safely put drinks or phones. It could also use a little step to get in and out.

The couch in front of the TV turns into 2 recliners, great for watching the large TV.

Family Christmas in the Smokies

  • 5 of 5

Was such a lovely experience for our family, our dream "Christmas in the Smokies for Christmas....I just have to say the pix are exactly like the property which is Important.

When we arrived everything was ready, came equipt with every thing you need including coffee for the coffee pot and even a box of laundry soap and dryersheet for your laundry. There were plenty pots and pans ,dishes ,siverware and bake ware as well the only thing we could have used were sissors but I had a pair in my luggage,covered...

Although there were no Christmas decor we were able to bring our own which was fine.

The area for the jacuzzi was very nice and was heated and ready to go...It was great.

I also have to mention how CLEAN the faciity was was impressed and I am picky.

The beds were comfortable and the bath was a luxury. Also we were elated we could bring our family dog would have not been the same with out him.

only a couple miles out of town but far enough to void the city lights.

The whole family loved it ....the only thing I would say is the driveway is a lot steeper than pictured not good for some with balance issues.

Would stay there in a heartbeat

Sincerely Elaine D'Archangel

The cabin is roomy enough to be comfortable and cozy. The fireplace and hot tub helped to ease the wintery weather. We loved the beds! So comfy!! We definetly will visit again!!

Absolutely LOVED it! Excellent location!

  • 5 of 5

The condo was spotless. I have stayed in larger cabins in the area but this one felt more spacious because of the open floor plan. We were all really happy with it! It was just what we needed as 4 adults. We really appreciated all of the little things such as ample paper products, laundry detergent, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher detergent.

This cabin was less than 5 minutes from everything we wanted to do in the area. One day we drove a little over an hour to Biltmore, which was amazing, and had an unexpected fun stop on the way back to the cabin at Bush's baked bean factory, gift shop, and restaurant (which is very inexpensive). There were also a lot whitewater rafting and zipline places along way, as were incredibly amazing mountain views.

We all loved the condo and everyone took photos to text to friends. We highly recommend this one!😊?

Cleanest cabin we’ve ever stayed in!

  • 5 of 5

Plenty of supplies (linens, toiletries, etc) and everything worked! Rare for a cabin rental. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent this cabin again!
