No swimming allowed in lake but you can kayak and paddle board.
No overnight parking on the street but you're welcome to use the garage and driveway.

Why they chose this property

I love the view first and foremost. Being in the house feels like vacation everyday. I also love the amenities of the community. The community clubhouse which offers a large pool, hot tub, bbq, a gym to work out and a pool table and tennis courts. It’s right around the corner from the Los Lagos golf course and the bar and grill. Super close to the avi to launch the boat for a day at the river and gambling at the casino!
