Enjoy the oasis over looking the golf course in the backyard with beautiful sunrise and sunset.
Full house including garage, this beautiful home is a 3 bedroom 2 bath . Perfect for a getaway with family or friends . So relaxing sitting in the backyard, the Master bedroom has a jet tub.
Close to the town and grocery stores. Walmart is around the corner. Avi Casino resort is 2 1/2 miles away. River is 11/2 miles from house . Oakman is 15-20 minutes away . We offer midterm rental also at a different rate if interested, please contact me directly for details.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Trash day is Tuesday morning . If you are staying on a Monday Please put the trash cans at the bottom of the driveway for Tuesday trash day .
Place all dirty linens and dirty towels in the laundry area on the floor
Please make sure you lock all windows and doors to house and make sure the garage door opener is on the desk as you walk in the front entrance
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Winter getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here as the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It also came with a view of the mountains and golf course. Our host was quick to respond with any questions we had.

Family river trip

Outstanding property. Everything even better than the listing. A/C even turned on and house cool when we arrived. Lindsey was outstanding. Answered all our questions and helped us out with anything we needed. Can’t wait to stay there again! This will be our go to choice for our many river trips.
