The listing is very accurate- no surprises. Beds, linens, towels, kitchen items all solid. High-quality furniture and TV's. Communication with the team was great. Easy in/ out. The proximity to the convention center/ entertainment/ sports activities is great. I would consider using the property again, but would likely prioritize a property a bit further away from Union Station.Things to know: 1) the bedroom closest to the street will get loud street and train noises at night. 2) the area is safe, but near sketchy. Adjacent to the Union Station underpass. 3) the light switches and showers are very modern, and there is a learning curve to use. Cool, but not intuitive. 4) improvements are being made to the entrance/ elevator. Looks a bit dicey now, but it was safe/ useful.

Thanks for the detailed feedback, Tom. We’re glad the listing matched your expectations, the apartment was well equipped, and the location and easy check-in worked well for your visit. I’m sorry the street-facing bedroom was noisy at night, and I understand how the nearby underpass and current entrance and elevator work could affect your first impression. We’ve never had any issues in the neighborhood, and the area continues to improve every day. Thanks also for noting that the modern switches and showers could use clearer instructions—we ’ll review how we explain them.
