Clean, Updated and centrally located. Close to I-490, you'll be anywhere in Rochester in minutes! Short walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars.



No local guests, property is available to international and out of town travelers

Common entrance, Shared free laundry located in basement. 2nd floor, queen bed, Living room, Kitchen. Porch. Stairs required



Guest Access:

You'll have access to the whole apartment. The building has 5 apartment/airbnbs in total with quiet and respectful neighbors. Please abide by our quiet hours of 10pm-8am so that everyone may enjoy their stay



Other Things to Note:

Some stairs required, Parking is assigned and guests MUST park in assigned spot. No Smoking, No parties, No events.
