House was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to and nice location. The house was updated and absolutely clean! All the basic amenities you need are there. Loved the coffee pod selection as well as sugar and creamer for guests. 10/10 recommended!

The host was very rude. He gave me a hard time trying to accommodate. He answered the phone stating “can I help you” in a rudely manner.

We are very sorry you were not happy. We specifically ask our guests how many on reservation so we don’t run into this problem. This guest was unhappy because she put 1 person down and brought 6 guests and we charged for additional guest. She immediately went against our house rules, and she even stated yes 1 guest. We were not rude at all, we could have cancelled reservations but we let them add guests and stay.

We stayed here for one night while attending a concert in Fairport. This house is in a nice neighborhood.....Our grandsons played in the driveway which is behind the house, away from the road, and I was able to walk my dog in a nice neighborhood. We were all over the place from the Strong Museum to High Falls Park to Fairport... this house was easy to get to from anywhere. I'd highly recommend this rental -- 5 stars :)

We enjoyed our stay here very much! It was clean and had all the basic amenities. Access to Disney was great. The host was very responsive. It snowed a lot and the driveway was kept nicely plowed.

Great spot to stay

This spot was perfect for us. Centrally located, easy process for check in and check out. Clean and Shelby has thought of everything a spot needs for a stay! Highly recommend!

Great place! Clean and decorated tastefully. We needed place to sleep while we were in town for our daughter’s college graduation. There was a full kitchen with Keurig coffee machine (K-cups, cream & sugar available) but did not use anything other than refrigerator. Dunkin Donuts down the street, gas station, Wendy’s and Taco Bell, less than 2 minute drive. Full bathroom with stackable washer/dryer on 1st floor, 2 bedrooms upstairs. Pull out couch in living room, which we did not use. It was tricky to open the couch to turn into a bed so, we did not spend time to figure it out. Plus, only 3 of us were staying so did not need couch for sleeping. Quiet area. The house is in an industrial area so when we were at the house (after working hours) it was very quiet. Perfect for our needs and short drive to our daughter’s college. As check in time approached, the owner messaged us with directions to enter the home. Thank you!
