Simone Holiday Appartment with Lake View

Enjoy the impressive view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
The large holiday flat on the ground floor of a Lombardy two-family house is located on the western shore of Lake Como near Menaggio in the suburb of Acquaseria; only about 30 m above lake level. On the lake side there is the large covered terrace. A few steps below connect the small natural stone terrace with garden and a pergola with barbecue and lake view. In the surrounding area there are Lombard residential houses, small shops and open meadows. The lakeside road runs behind the house. From your holiday resort Acquaseria you can quickly reach the northern and southern neighbouring villages with good shopping facilities, nice restaurants and typical trattorias by car.

Approx. 250 m of service road lead to the beaches of Acquaseria.
There are several beach sections and a popular beach restaurant.
The beaches are & shallow sloping, stony and a good environment for sports and leisure games, children's playground nearby.
The holiday home has a sauna in the one-bed bedroom.

Holiday close to the lake with an inspiring lake view, the holiday flat is modernly furnished with friendly colours and has Lombard tiles.

The living area and kitchen have a view of the lake.
The entrance to the house leads via the terrace into the light-flooded living area, which connects all the rooms: the kitchen integrated into the side facing the lake.
There is a double bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed with pull-out mattress, in this room there is a sauna.
The large bathroom at the side has an extra-large shower.

A holiday home in a special location with charm. The house can be recommended all year round.
The friendly parents of the landlord live on the first floor.

Your car is parked at the holiday home in a parking bay, others can also park on a piazza nearby.

We spent two weeks in this wonderful living experience. If we could experience it ourselves, we would understand nature itself. This living space is beautiful, comfortable, and very clean! The view is fantastic! The beach on Lake Como is only two minutes away. Everything was simply fantastic! The service was fantastic, so much so that the service was included. In short: We miss our clean water and are coming to our senses!

Wir, ein älteres Ehepaar, haben 14 Tage in dieser sehr schönen und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die großzügige Terrasse mit dem traumhaften Blick ließ sofort Urlaubsstimmung aufkommen. Der Straßenverkehr, den man auf der Terrasse hört, ist unterschiedlich stark und hat uns nicht gestört. Der kleine und nicht überfüllte Strand ( einer von dreien) ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Die sympathischen Vermieter sind sehr diskret, hilfsbereit und außergewöhnlich freundlich. Insgesamt laden der kleine, kaum touristische Ort und die schöne Wohnung mit Ausblick auf den See zum Entspannen ein. Alles sehr empfehlenswert. Vielen Dank an Carla und Lando

In den Schlafzimmern hat man den Verkehrslärm sehr stark gehört. Vielleicht könnte man die Fenster besser isolieren. Die Besitzer waren aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Schönes kleines Örtchen mit zwei tollen Restaurants.

Wir hatten 4 wunder schöne Wochen in der Ferienwohnung Simone. Traumaussicht über den See. In der Wohnung ist alles da was man so braucht. Die Eltern wohnen oben und sind ganz herzliche hilfsbereite Menschen. Wir wollten gar nicht mehr weg.

Wir, ein Paar mit einem kleinen Hund waren vom 20.7.-03.08.24 zu Gast in dieser sehr schönen und empfehlenswerten FeWo. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns: - die sehr gute Ausstattung der Wohnung - die großzügige Terrasse auf der wir viel Zeit verbracht haben - die traumhafte Aussicht auf den See - die Nähe zum nicht überfüllten Strand (3 Minuten Fußweg) - die vielen freien Parkplätze in der unmittelbaren Nähe - Das vollständig umzäunte Grundstück auf dem unser Hund zu jeder Zeit ohne Aufsicht frei laufen konnte - die aufmerksame und gleichzeitig unaufdringliche Kommunikation unserer Vermieter, die uns bei allen Fragen mit außergewöhnlicher Gastfreundschaft geholfen haben - die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und kleineren Orte am westlichen Seeufer, die wir besucht haben - die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe (15 Autominuten in Dongo) - die Klimaanlage für besonders heiße Tage Was wir uns wünschen würden: - es gab entgegen der Beschreibung keine Waschmaschine, unsere Vermieter haben uns aber privat geholfen! - etwas weichere Matratzen - etwas weniger lauten Verkehr auf der angrenzenden Hauptstraße, den wir aber nach 2 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht mehr bewusst wahrgenommen haben Wir würden diese FeWo weiterempfehlen und werden sicherlich dort auch wieder unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, guter Seeblick,sehr gut geeignet für Hundebesitzer. Großer Minuspunkt ist die sehr laute und stark befahrene Straße direkt vor dem Haus. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster ist nicht möglich.
