By day, it’s your gathering spot, peaceful recharge on the porches, or inspiring work or writing space; by night, it’s the ultimate gathering spot - high ceilings, bold spaces, ready for laid-back lounging or lively dinners.

You and up to eight friends or family have everything at your fingertips—fully stocked home, no searching needed. With cozy corners plus plenty of space, you’re set for anything from a restful getaway to a memorable reunion—just 4 miles from the energy of Athens.

We want you to make yourselves at home - and enjoy the whole house!
There are are a few closets, doors and garage that are locked -- please respect those. Each room has suitcase racks and hanging space for your items.

We want you to enjoy your time! If you have special accommodations that would make your stay easier, please let us know. We love making stays special for our guests.

Also, we do have stairs that lead between the main floor (upstairs) and 3 of the guestrooms downstairs. The largest bedroom is on the main floor. However, you can also access the downstairs without stairs by driving down to the lower parking pad.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
We don't want you to work hard/just a few steps: 1. Leave beds unmade so we know which beds were used. No need to strip sheets. 2. Leave towels hung or laid out in the bathroom where they were used.
3. Bag trash and leave it in kitchen. 4. Turn off all lights. 5. Lock all doors. 6. Leave keys on kitchen counter 7. Lock the button on handle and exit from glass door in kitchen.
8. Check out on VRBO app – and text us to let us know you are on your way! 9. Tell VRBO and others what you liked – also, if there is anything missing or that we should know, please tell us!

This was the best experience we have ever had renting a house on any platform. The hosts and the property are a 10/10. Not only did they accept our request last minute but their house was exceptionally clean, well cared for, well stocked with goodies, toiletries & everything a family would need. I have traveled extensively with my family & dogs and this place was the most restorative and peaceful place we've stayed at to date. My dogs loved the back porch, we could hardly get them off it. We took many walks in their quiet and beautiful neighborhood. The artwork and decor are amazing and my kids spent some time taking it all in. Many thanks for letting us stay! We will definitely be back.
