Beautifully updated and modernized, while keeping the charm of a historic home in a walkable historic neighborhood in Memphis. A great cafe for breakfast or lunch is 2 blocks away, and we were never 20 minutes driving from any of the Memphis attractions we went to visit.

Fix air hockey table, make sure grass is maintained before guest arrival, bathroom window ledge and touch up paint.. better cleaning of walls…light that reach a outlet.., bedside tables with lamps are just for show …but beside that decent area
Property was not as presented. I do not recommend booking. Busted hockey table, mold smell, 2 broken windows. One of the broken windows was covered with cardboard box. Property was in disrepair and does not look like the pictures on the listing. It is a trap and a misrepresentation of the actual condition of the home. Also the wall where the busted hockey table shows signs of a leak; there were water stains and the paint was lifted. The bathroom was also not as pictured. There was badly pealing paint on the rotted window. The water damaged art also suggested leaks in a bedroom. Furthermore, the mirrors on the doors were hung using a screw that was longer than the width of the door so like 1/2 inch sharp screw stuck out of the door...dangerous. Dirty vents and ac filter. Lastly the frame of front door looked compromised as there were visible signs that someone had busted in.
