The space The Backhouse at Old Harmony Farm is a freestanding, guest house that offers a completely private experience.
The living room: The heart of the cabin features double-height vaulted ceilings and two skylights that flood the space with natural light.
There's a record player, board games, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a mounted Smart TV for movie nights.
The kitchen: Includes a refrigerator, microwave (tucked in the lower cabinet), induction cooktop, toaster, and standard coffee maker (we have paper filters for you). The kitchen is stocked with pots and pans and basic spices for cooking.
The bedroom: Includes a queen-sized mattress, linens, and 4 full size pillows. There is built-in shelving for clothing, bedside reading lamps, and 2 large skylights (with shades) for additional natural lighting. The bedroom closet is where the washer and dryer are as well as an iron and ironing board.
The bathroom has a spacious, fully tiled shower and tub with excellent water pressure and bath products. There are also extra toiletry amenities in the medicine cabinet.
Outdoor spaces: Guests have full, private access to the immediately surrounding outdoor amenities., including 13 acres of open fields to stroll through.
There is a secluded creekside deck at the bottom of the property with a wooden platform built right over the water, perfect for reading, meditation, or a glass of wine.
The fire pit: A dedicated fire pit area with 2 adirondack chairs, ideal for stargazing. There is also a more rustic fire pit in the back field (use the headlamps hanging in the locker) if you're interested in something a little more remote.
