Wonderful place and right next to a little farm with a bunch of cows grazing all day long. Host is wonderful, very communicative and welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Great location very quiet and private. Had no issues with communication or cleanliness at all. interior was beautifully restored in this old house. Very modern kitchen and bath rooms. Easy check in and check out process.

This is a lovely house in a quiet, relaxing location. It was perfect for my wife and I, but might be too sparsely furnished for a large group. As of this writing it could use some more comfy sofas and more dining seating. The four bedroom layout upstairs would work well for two families with kids, but is probably not so great for more than two couples. The kitchen is well appointed and the back deck with views of the grazing cows is delightful. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful country location. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and loved waking up with the rooster crowing and the cows grazing. We were a little surprised by the layout of the bedrooms having to walk thru one to get to the bathroom if you were sleeping in the front of the house but we made due. Loved the special touches the hosts provided. Beautiful 100 year old home that is both modern and historic.

Came up for a wedding. Jennifer was very accommodating. She was very responsive on questions I asked as well as recommendations. House was gorgeous!!! Loved the historical feel of it but yet had all the modern conveniences! You felt like you were secluded in the country but yet very close to civilization! Trying to think of another reason to come up that way to stay here again!

Jennifer was very kind and brought some kitchen utensils I requested without any hesitation and welcomed us with fresh bread from a local bakery! The house is lovely- a quiet and cozy space for me and my friends to have a wonderful galentine’s gathering!

Fantastic, Peaceful place

Beautiful setting with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. The house is charming, renovated, updated, clean, and comfortable. Great location for a family gathering to bike, visit the battlefield or visit Shepherdstown. Hosts went above and beyond to be sure we had all we needed. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great house- the host did a awesome job with all the little amenities and the house was spotless. Kitchen has all the updated appliances you need . The outside property was amazing with a farm like setting .a 5 star for me !!!!

This house was the perfect accommodation for our wedding party/guests. Very clean, and quiet. Host was so friendly, and very accommodating. Location was nestled right in the small town of Rohrersville. Check out Big Cork if visiting it’s beautiful! P.S. We loved the sour dough bread and wine gift, thank you so much for everything :)

Very clean, the hosts had bread and local wine ready which was such a treat! It was so nice to be among the cows and relaxing to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had morning coffee which was also supplied by the hosts! On top of that, there weren’t a lot of cleaning requirements for us to do prior to leaving, which I really appreciated. Would stay again!
