The home is in such a terrific location, close to a lot of things to do, but on a quiet street. It was very clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would definitely vacation there again!

The house was very clean upon arrival. Kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook any meal you can think of. The house accommodated my family of 6 with no problem. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I rented this place for my mother, and it's her second time staying here. It's situated in a peaceful neighborhood with friendly neighbors and is conveniently located just a mile or two from the beach. Additionally, it's close to all necessary amenities such as grocery stores, restaurants, and more.

Convenient Wells Location

The property was clean and fairly well-equipped. There is not a dish washer or a hair dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and great for walking a dog. The location is convenient. What disappointed us was the lack of a local property manager. We had issues: no electricity in two rooms and a microwave that wasn’t working. When we try to contact the number provided, all we had was AI - none of our issues were resolved. A local human property manager could have assisted us.
