About this property

Wells - Private Beach - Beautiful Views

Our cottage is located on the Wells Harbor beach with private access to the Webhannet River and across the street from the Wells public beaches. This is a great place for kayaking or just relaxing on your boat or sitting on the deck enjoying beautiful sunsets.

Our home is midway between Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. Each is about 10 minutes away. It is 30 minutes from Portsmouth, NH, Portland, ME and outlet shopping in Kittery and Freeport. It is a little over an hour's drive to Boston or you can take Amtrak directly from Boston to Wells.

The rental includes a gas grill, use of a picnic table and Adirondack chairs to sit out and enjoy with a drink the amazing views.

We have two units available. Both cottages have 3 bedrooms with full size beds and a pull-out couch for extra sleeping space if needed. Free WIFI, HD TV's with cable, blueray DVD players and Netflix are provided.

Parking is provided for 2 cars.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great with a great view and just few minutes walk from Wells Beach. The best part is that your are on the side of the bay which for us was perfect when you want a quieter environment. Magnificient view over the bay, gorgeous sunsets.

Finally a place for my furry friends :)

An adorable beach house with cozy cottage vibes and an amazing location. The highlight was finally finding an inviting host for my dogs. They loved running in the backyard bay and lounging on the large attached deck. Roomy enough to have my parents and siblings with us, a full house but we never felt crowded. We hope to return again!

This is a perfect beach house. It sits on the riverside and offers amazing views. The house has everything you need to relax for your stay. The owner is extremely accommodating and kind. You won't regret booking here!

The Perfect Vacation!

This was one of our best vacations and we have done our share of traveling. The cottage welcomed you as soon as you walked in with knotty pine and the old piano. As soon as we walked out on to the deck I knew it was going to be perfect. When the tide was in we were right on the water and when it was out we had our own private beach. We kayaked and went paddle boarding every day. Great place and great accommodating owners. Would go back in a second. Thanks for everything!
