Come stay in comfort with this beautifully spacious, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home. Situated ideally close to the Lakeland Golf Course and a few minutes' walk to Lake Pinneo, you will enjoy the natural convenience Quechee, Vermont has to offer. The Newton Village condominium complex offers its own personal tennis courts and pools, so you do not need to venture far for fun activities!

When you walk into the home, the main living area greets you with a wood-burning fireplace for the winter months, a spacious dining room and kitchen, and a deck to enjoy the cool summer nights. Head upstairs and you will find the primary bedroom or downstairs to the second bedroom.

Whatever time of year you decide to visit Vermont, you will enjoy Quechee's spectacular views, convenience to recreational activities, and a comfortable feeling of luxury and seclusion. While offering the best of Vermont vacations, Quechee is convenient to Boston, New York, Albany, cultural and entertainment events, and nearby world-class health care (Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center).

The Quechee Club boasts two championship golf courses (Highland and Lakeland) in the summer which, in the winter, provide groomed Nordic skiing trails. In addition, Quechee offers tennis, paddle tennis, skiing, and an array of options for swimmers, hikers, and fishermen. The Club House has multiple dining options as well as a state-of-the-art fitness facility with indoor and outdoor pools. These Quechee Club amenities require rental packages and are available upon request from the Quechee Club directly.

Quechee is centrally located between Woodstock, Vermont, and Hanover, New Hampshire (home of Dartmouth College). Hanover and Woodstock combine the quaintness of beautiful New England villages with the cultural sophistication of a college town. Galleries, unique shops, museums, and a variety of excellent and unique dining experiences are available. Killington and Pico are approximately 30 minutes from Quechee and offer world-class skiing, mountain biking, golf, and other year-round activities.

Our short 2 night Fall stay was very nice. The condo was comfortable in every way. It was in a lovely area and we enjoyed the Moss Glen hike and visit to the Nature Center nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. We brought our own food and cooked in the well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed sitting in the outdoor space both on the first floor and the lower level. Great location close to town where there is much to explore.

The condo was clean and functional, but we had a lot of issues with the heat systems. There were multiple loud noises in various areas behind the walls throughout the entire weekend. It was consistently throughout the day and all night that ranged from low level equipment to banging, and most of us had a lot of trouble sleeping at night and would not go back. My son broke his car about skiing and we really could’ve used some peaceful relaxation.

This is a simple unit with just what you need to access all of what Quechee and Woodstock (Upper Valley) has to offer. Easy and has what you need with an options for Tennis and swimming outside your door.

Nice place

The condo is very nice though it does lack air conditioning. The basement room is very cool but it gets quite warm upstairs. There is a ceiling fan which helps. A pretty basic accomodation in a lovely location. I was given the wrong code to check in which was a minor hassle.I had to contact vacasa ( managers) about a couple things. They responded quickly to texts but really followed up on nothing. Maybe because they aren’t local. Shower head broke off first time we used the shower upstairs. I let them know and it never got fixed—- it WAS a Saturday when I called so maybe a weekend issue- but we couldn’t use the upstairs shower for the duration. A few other small things that they dropped the ball on but not major. Someone left underwear and socks on the dresser upstairs and the coffee maker wasn’t clean which while not major did make me wonder how well it had been cleaned…..
