Whether you're planning to spend your days skiing, hiking, or mountain biking, you'll always come home to a delightfully open living area, a gas fireplace encased in stone, and a private washer/dryer to take care of any damp clothes. Enjoy a fully appointed kitchen to assist in preparing homemade meals, an outdoor patio where you can sip your coffee, and a flatscreen TV with a DVD player to screen your favorite movies each evening.

In the winter months, the resort offers 18 ski lifts, 169 trails, and 2,965 acres of skiable terrain, highlighted by the gladed areas of Pioneer Ridge and Sunshine and Storm Peaks. Come summertime, you can easily go mountain biking or hiking, take strolls through the Yampa River Botanic Park (two miles northwest), or ride your bike along the famous Yampa River Core Trail, a 7.5-mile, paved path that runs through the heart of Steamboat Springs. Downtown Steamboat Springs, which is home to the Old Town Hot Springs and wonderful restaurants that include The Laundry, Salt and Lime, and Carl's Tavern, is three miles north. Nice BUT Noisy

Unit itself is nice and property is great. Only issue is that with no AC you have to have windows open at night. And with the location next to pool and hot tub, it’s is very loud. People party until 2am at the pool and hot tub. Hard to get any sleep. Pool is supposed to close at 10pm but rules are not enforced. Unfortunate.

Great location

Walked to the slopes each day with my 10 y/o daughter. Shuttles run often but didn’t utilize due to close location. The unit is clean, spacious, and right outside the pool/hot tub. Great for kids! As were the sleds outside. Unit is near elevator and hallway to pool but had no issues with noise. Vacasa staff were great! Parking lot was well cleared during a weekend of 20ish inches of snow. Highly recommend and can easily sleep 6 though we didn’t utilize.

We had a great experience staying here. The condo was fully stocked, clean, and very comfortable! Our family of 6 had plenty of room. It was in a good location. The shuttle to and from the mountain was awesome! We would definitely stay here again!
