Nestled in the heart of nature in Vail Valley, our 2-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath Eagle-Vail home offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to a myriad of outdoor adventures, from golf and cross-country skiing to hiking and paddle boarding. In the winter, ski directly from Beaver Creek to our back door or enjoy the convenience of a quick walk to catch the free shuttle to Vail on weekends. Our Skate pond just opened and abuts the property. Another fun thing to do along with sledding. Vail and Beaver Creek are now offering 30% discount on Lift Tickets bought 30 days prior to Visit.

As the day winds down, guests can unwind by the wood-burning fireplace or take in the serene views of the mature tree-filled meadow through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The spacious back deck, complete with a teak table and grill for summer gatherings, provides a perfect spot for relaxation. In the winter, the good-sized front porch offers convenient storage for skates, sleds, and skis. Inside, the vaulted ceilings and large windows frame the beautiful surroundings, creating a welcoming and tranquil atmosphere.

Guests will find comfort in the natural rugs, linens, and bedding, ensuring a restful stay. The main suite boasts a king bed and an ensuite full bath, while the second bedroom features a queen bed and the third bedroom offers a bunk bed with a full bed and a twin bunk. For added convenience, there's a washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen, and an incredibly comfortable Room and Board sleeper couch for extra guests on the main floor. Entertainment is covered with WiFi, games, toys, and TV featuring cable channels for game days and movie nights.

Families and furry friends are welcome, and your four-legged companions will love the great hiking trails right outside our door.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy mountain home! We stayed over the Christmas holiday and the owners kindly left up their gorgeous Christmas tree so it felt like home. The kitchen was very well-stocked and we had everything we needed to cook and bake from home. We had a wonderful trip!

Cozy place for a ski weekend

We wanted to ski at Beaver Creek and Vail, and this was the perfect location to access both resorts. The condo is cozy and clean, with all of the amenities that we needed (kitchen, parking spaces for 2 cars, dogs allowed). We would definitely stay again!

Family ski weekend

We had a great stay at this spacious townhome situated 5 mins to Beaver Creek and 10 mins to Vail. Our doggie loved that she could come along with our family and romp in the snow. The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again on our nest visit to the Vail area.

We enjoyed our stay this past weekend at this property. The location was near a wedding venue we were attending, so we were able to walk home which was very convenient. The property was nice - the kitchen was beautiful, they had fans in every bedroom which we loved, and the deck/grassy area out back was great. The pillows were a bit flat but other than that we had a great stay and would recommend this property to others!

Peaceful getaway

We booked this property for our anniversary and our daughter’s birthday which both fall on Independence Day. This beautiful spot was a perfect place to get away from the crowds and focus on family, yet it was close enough to Vail and of course Avon. The layout and amenities of the house were perfect, and the host was great to work with. I would definitely choose this again, and highly recommend Dave and his property!
