As local policies change by the hour, access to amenities is beyond our control. We encourage you to check local regulations before your trip so you can be as prepared as possible. Your family getaway is ready once you book your stay at Riverfront Retreat! This spacious and family-friendly retreat offers nothing but comfort and convenient amenities that will make your vacation a dream come true. Park in the heated garage and rest easy knowing you won't have to worry about ice.

Step inside and be amazed by the subtle yet elegant wooden touches throughout the house. Take in the lovely views of the mountain from the private patio. The living area features a stone fireplace to keep the place warm during cold nights and a set of inviting couches; you can always snuggle up and read a good book or share a fun time with your guests playing a board game. The main bedroom features a gas fireplace of its own. Prepare delicious snacks or a full-course meal in the kitchen (equipped with and then kick your feet up and watch your favorite series on the flatscreen TV. Riverfront Retreat also features a convenient outdoor dining area in the balcony, which means you can dine while taking in some mountain and valley views. A gas grill is also available if you'd like to show off your grilling skills. If you're too tired after a busy day, the private hot tub has your back!

With this convenient riverfront location, fun is at your fingertips! You'll find a handful of local restaurants if cooking isn't your forte. Cross Blue River and you'll find the Lake Dillon Theatre Company, a family-friendly performing arts theater. Downtown Dillon is a shy two-and-a-half-mile drive and it's a great place to take the family. Ice Castles offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience by showcasing a winter phenomenon built with hundreds of thousands of icicles! Enjoy a delicious picnic by the Marina Park (two miles away) and then let your kids burn some energy at the playground on-site.

Condo was spacious. Hand and dish soap, etc. Were supplied. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Seeing the mountains from the hot tub was great. Know that it's second floor and you need to walk up.the stairs. It was a great place for day trips to different mountain towns.

Attended a wedding at the Pavillion, and the location of the condo was perfect. East walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and bars. The two parking spaces provided worked well, the only downside to this location is if you have more than two vehicles as our group did. There is no overnight parking on the street, or parking lots nearby. We had to find alternative parking in Dillon and walk back to the condo. Be ready for this if you have more than two vehicles. Overall, the condo was clean, spacious for 5 adults, great location, and nice stay. I would book again.

Gorgeous place in a perfect location. Everything was perfectly clean and the bathrooms were really nice. We especially loved the hot tub on the deck with the fireplace in the bedroom. We did have trouble finding the garage, but found it our second day.

Great Experience at Riverfront Retreat

We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the place! Well laid out, nicely furnished, enclosed/private garage is really a super feature. Location was perfect for us, with some restaurants and shops in walking distance and in a nice setting. Would definitely stay there again!

The place was cute and the perfect size for us (3 adults & 3 kids). It was also in a prime spot, there was a huge park for the kids just down the street, and we could walk to restaurants too. We would love to go back again as long as a few things are addressed. First, the floors were disgusting. We walked around in our socks/barefoot and our feet were BLACK within 30 minutes. I found a super dry, stiff, crunchy mop and used it twice to help, but they were still super gross. The photo attached is after I mopped twice and my kid walked around for 2 hours. Second, the filter in the fridge also needed to be replaced, and I’m not sure for how long. Third, the shower in the second king bedroom (without hot tub on balcony) leaked out water so bad through the door that there was a massive puddle on the floor every time. If all those things were taken care of and addressed, then this place would have been perfect.

Great location and amenities

This condo is in a very convenient location for all things Silverthorne, Dillon, Frisco and skiing. The heated garage is a great amenity and the hot tub was a welcome sight at the end of each ski day!
