Fantastic apartment with breathtaking sea views, sun all day

The dreamlike apartment Casa Patricia in Nerja Ladera del Mar was recently renovated (2 new bathrooms, new windows, new furniture and box spring beds for all 3 bedrooms, air conditioning / heating in all rooms), since March 2018 with a new kitchen. The highlight of this apartment is the exceptionally large, partially covered terrace with approx. 90 sqm, which is equipped with seating for 6 people, several sun loungers, awning, Weber kettle grill and brick grill, alarm system, etc. Due to the wonderful southern exposure, you have a breathtaking view of the sea, with sun from morning to evening. Here you can start the day with a relaxed view of the sea and end with a cocktail at sunset. The inviting, bright living area leaves nothing to be desired, according to the motto: on vacation it should be as beautiful as at home! The spacious pool area is equipped with loungers and parasols. A travel cot, high chair and baby bath, satellite TV, DVD player, X-box with many games are available. Internet access is free. Beautiful location!

Apartment is as advertised but the veranda is amazing. Serene and beautiful views all day long. Great local restaurants so you don’t need to go into Nerja to get dinner/lunch all the time.

Awesome casa near Nerja

Huge veranda offered beautiful vistas of the Mediterranean. Within a 25 min. walk along the beach to the centre of Nerja. The apartment was very clean , modern, spacious and well appointed. Our host was helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our 29 days here immensely.

Beautiful view

The property offers amazing views and an amazing patio to enjoy it from. I wish it had been within walking distance of more restaurants/shopping but it was only a 5 minute drive. Our host Yvonne was extremely communicative and responded immediately before and during our stay. Definately a relaxing enjoyable property

Beautiful apartment

A lovely apartment, it felt like being in a villa. Fabulous terrace with wonderful views. Took about 30 minutes to walk into Nerja along the beach, but if you're not into walking there are regular buses from the bus stop on the main road at the entrance to the urbanisation.

Beautiful apartment, amazing views

Spotlessly clean, wonderful views from the terrace and every need catered for. Lots of small touches that gave the property soul. Quite a lot of steps and hilly so probably not the choice for anyone who finds walking a struggle. Other than that, perfect!

Amazing and relaxing stay!

Our family of 6: 4 children and two adults were so lucky to find Yvonne’s place for our stay in Nerja! The communication with Yvonne was seamless, the apartment was in immaculate clean condition. We had everything we need to relax and entertain ourselves. The washer and dryer were also a plus! The ample balcony overlooking the ocean was of course our favorite place, a true gem! We only wished we could have stayed longer to enjoy the barbecue in the terrace. We hope to be back again! Thanks Yvonne for sharing your little piece of heaven with our family!

Wonderful apartment with amazing balcony overlooking sea. Very comfortable beds and lovely new kitchen. Washing machine and tumble dryer was a great benefit. Plenty of balcony furniture even for a large family. New flat screen TV. The only thing to be aware of are the 36 steps leading down to the front door so not suitable for anyone with mobility issues otherwise a perfect apartment in every way. We have already booked for next year!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment

This apartment is well equipped in the kitchen and very clean. There is a super large living space with lots of comfy seating. The terrace is a great size lots of space for sun or shade and abundant outdoor furniture. It is ground floor surrounded by lovely gardens not maybe secure for children they can easily climb over terrace wall. Sunshine all day on the terrace including sunsets... Easy walk down to pool and beach, bit more strenuous on way back but its worth it. Highly recommend this apartment

Fabulous apartment in lovely location

Lovely spacious and comfortable property. Fantastic terrace overlooking the sea and down into well kept trees and shrubs. All of the bedrooms had ample cupboard space and the beds were all really comfortable. Air conditioners were efficient and very quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to prepare simple meals. Very clean throughout. Located in a small quiet area but Nerja, Frigliana & Torrox all very close by. A couple of bars and restaurants within walking distance but a steep climb home. Shingle beach at the bottom of the hill. Good communication with the owner and all in all a perfect stay. Would definitely recommend.

Spectacular

Absolutely gorgeous , stunning, quiet, beautiful views and accommodation. The stairs down and up walking we are now definitely in shape ready to walk marathons. Yes 81 and 71 young we feel❤️. Yvonne was so attentive to anything and everything that came up which once we set the alarms off only because door kind of jammed but Yvonne was right on top of it. Can’t say say anything negative what so ever. Thank you again for the most wonderful stay. One thing a bigger better coffee maker. 🥰 us USA are big cup drinkers. Bruce and Alena USA Maine

Heerlijk ruim appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Groot balkon met mooi uitzicht over de kust en zee. We waren er in januari en we hebben op het balkon heerlijk van de zon kunnen genieten. Nerja en het strand zijn goed te voet te bereiken,

Tolle Tage in Nerja

Die Wohnung und der Poolbereich waren toll. Überrascht waren wir nur von der sehr hügeligen Lage der "Urbanization", die aus einigen sehr steilen Strassen besteht. Dafür hat die Wohnung aber einen traumhaften Blick auf das Meer. Auf der Terasse ist fast zu viel Sonne. In manchen Momenten hätten wir uns einen Sonnenschirm gewünscht. Aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin lief super. Yvonne hat mir auch bei Fragen vor Ort schnell Auskunft gegeben. Das war spitze. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen.

Great setting with what a 'VIEW'

The accommodation for two was bigger than required but we wanted to treat ourselves and the listing looked impressive and we weren't disappointed. We wanted to explore using the local buses/trains/walking and this was easily manageable but the hill up to the accommodation is for the fit and able. The terrace was exceptional and the view each morning would take some beating . Nerja is a lovely place and has everything that anyone would need and is a good base to explore the surrounding areas. Accommodation was clean and presentable and had everything that we required and is about a 45 minute walk into the town or get the local bus at the bottom of the hill. Beaches are clean but gritty and the sea was clear every day and even in November i was swimming on a regular basis. Location within the complex is good and a 5minute walk to the communal swimming pool which was good for all age groups but does shut at the beginning of November. Fairly quiet at end of October into November. Would recommend as far enough away from day-to-day hustle and bustle but easy to get to.

Sehr entspannte Location mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung war sehr gut: sehr große Terrasse mit Meerblick, teilweise überdacht, so dass wir sehr gut dort frühstücken und abends sitzen konnte. Küchenausstattung war sehr gut und umfassend. Kontakt mit Yvonne was jederzeit gut und schnell.

Best view of the Mediterranean!

I could sit on the terrace all day - from early in the morning until the stars come out at night and not get tired of that incredible picture perfect view! Location to Nerja and beaches was good, beds were comfortable, kitchen could be a little more well stocked for travelers who prefer to cook in but it worked for us.

Tolle Wohnung mit wunderbarer Terrasse

Die schöne und große Wohnung liegt in guter Lage am Südhang in einem Vorort von Nerja. Das absolute Highlight ist die riesige Terrasse mit Meerblick. Es gibt Sonne von morgens bis abends, immer sonnige und schattige Bereiche und der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Wir haben die zehn Tage sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin Yvonne hat alles perfekt organisiert, die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Den Gemeinschaftspool hatten wir für uns alleine und Parkplätze waren auch immer verfügbar. In der Nebensaison absolut und uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Nerja ist zu Fuß in 45 Minuten erreichbar, der Weg am Strand aber nicht so attraktiv. Ansonsten ist Nerja sehr schön und für Ausflüge ins Hinterland optimal gelegen. Top-Empfehlung für einen Andalusien-Urlaub.

Perfect Stay

When we arrived at the property it was as described, it was a perfect, beautiful apartment, with panoramic views from all angles. The apartment was very spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed keeping it looking prestine. The family joined us mid way through the holiday for three days and all said that they had an amazing time there with us, in a perfectly quiet and peaceful surroundings which added to the beauty of the holiday. Clean, spacious house and a wonderful place to unwind. Great views and everything you need is provided. Good internet allowing TV streaming on my own device. Very comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Would recommend to anyone fit enough to manage stairs and hills. A car is not essential as a local bus into Nerja runs every hour from the main road at the bottom of the hill.

Top-Appartement mit super Terrasse

Wir fühlten uns in diesem Appartement sehr wohl. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, es war alles sehr sauber und einladend, die Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war sehr gut und die riesige Terrasse einfach ein Traum! Vielen Dank!
