Pet Friendly and one block to the Delaware Bay! Enjoy coastal living and unforgettable sunsets at this charming 3-bedroom, 1 and a half bath getaway! The first floor offers a game room, sitting room and the half bath and laundry closer. Upstairs you'll find an open-concept layout with a bright kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living room that opens to a spacious deck—perfect for outdoor dining, morning coffee, or relaxing after a day at the beach! The stairs found off the kitchen take you to the three bedrooms and full bathroom. Outside, enjoy a beautifully landscaped and fully fenced in yard with perennial gardens and plenty of room for summer fun. Conveniently located near beaches, dining, shopping, and local attractions, this home is the perfect retreat! $150.00 pet fee for dogs up to 60 lbs, two dogs max. $75.00 processing fee, $200.00 cleaning fee on all rentals. Guest is responsible for bringing their own linens and towels.
