Villa Cottage w/ Hot Tub+Fenced Yard–Pet-Friendly!

Casa La Cape is a newly renovated 2 Bed/2 Bath cottage located a few blocks from the Delaware Bay. .
We are pet-friendly and offer a spacious and private fenced in backyard. Lush gardens surround the patio making it the perfect spot to unwind with your own private hot tub, outdoor dining table with glass fire pit and lounge chairs. Sit back, relax and enjoy that glass of wine at our villa-inspired cottage by the bay!

Our open concept accommodates 4 to 6 guests comfortably.
Queen pull out sofa in the living room and twin pull out in the front computer room.
Linens are included and your beds will be made and ready for your arrival!
Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook your favorite meals.
Air conditioned, high-speed internet, smart TV’s and board games to enjoy.
Cozy gas fireplace in the living room to enjoy on those chilly fall and winter nights.

The master bedroom offers a queen bed and is located off the main room with ample closet space, two end tables, a high chest of drawers and leads directly to the private master bath. Inspired by one of Cape May’s historic hotels, the master bath is complete with a custom tiled walk-in rain shower!
Our second bedroom has twin beds and is located off the main room as well. The closet is spacious and stocked with games for the whole family.

The second bath is located just through the laundry room and was likewise, designed with a spacious walk-in custom tiled rain shower and bench.

You will have access to all the amenities we have to offer!

Awesome place for our family and our dog. Great amenities and owners extremely responsive. Quiet neighborhood. Had to drive to ocean beaches but good because that kept our son at the beach for the entire time!

I need more than a 5 star option to rate the superiority of this home!! Super clean with every detail taken in consideration. The host is highly responsive to questions, etc. If you like to cook- the kitchen is stocked with high end high functional cooking necessities. If you forgot a phone charger- you're covered. Forgot a beach towel- check. Forgot to pack coffee- check. If you like mornings or meals outside- the patio furniture and atmosphere is relaxing. The house manual tells you everything right down to the best local places to eat. Trust me, you'll want to take the suggestions- completely chef's kiss.Love, love, love this house!!!

Wonderful property!

Very clean, perfect size for the three of us and a dog! Beautiful yard with hot tub and fireplace! All appliances and amenities are updated! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Don't judge a book by its cover!

When I pulled up to the house it looked small to me, however when we went inside it was so much bigger than expected! Nice size living room with a Christmas tree! The other room was great for catching up on some reading and work. Kitchen stocked with whatever you needed to cook with or jazz up your meal. The hot tub was perfect after a day of walking around Washington Street which is a short easy 15 minute ride. Beds were comfortable. Total fenced in yard for our 11 year old dog who was happy to enjoy all the smells while we didn't have to worry about him getting out! Huge bathrooms, great hot water shower, backyard awesome for relaxing. Perfect for 4 adults! Thank you Linda for the added touch or putting the heat on for us before we arrived. Looking for a cozy comfortable place? Stay here! We will be back in the summer to enjoy the bay which is just a few blocks away!

The Best of NJ Shore

What an amazing property . We had a relaxing stay celebrating my husband's birthday in the area . The house is very welcoming . The hot tub was a delight to have . The kitchen was fully stocked. The house is clean and the backyard tastefully done ..we can only hope to stay here again in the future as we know this place is in high demand .

Beach Retreat

This home was lovely! The owners were great! They communicated promptly and were very helpful. It had a beautiful back yard that our pups loved as well as having a cozy gas fire and hot tub for us to enjoy! The house itself was very clean and cozy and perfect for our family. We would highly recommend!

Perfect Little Getaway

We had a short stay at Casa la Cape. The house was so clean and stocked with an abundance of kitchen and house necessities. We would not change a thing except the location which was a little far from the beach for our young family to walk to. The binder was super helpful in selecting the different restaurants and.attractions. The hot tub at night was a great way to end the day. The style and designs elements of the ho e were just our style. Great job with renovations.

Perfect! Better than advertised!

The home is beautiful and extremely clean/neat. We didn’t need for anything - everything was thought of and then some! Loved the fenced backyard which allowed us to relax with poochie in the backyard. The area was easy for poochie walks and walks in general - including to the Bay which presented a lovely sunset. Was a pleasant surprise to meet Anthony at the house as Anthony was tending to trash and recycle cans to the curb (very non-intrusive). Wonderful conversation – Thanks Anthony!
