Needs a bit of TLC
SUPER CLEAN upstairs 3 bedroom apartment with PLENTY of cookware. That said, it's a bit disingenuous. The main bathroom has neither a shower or a toilet seat as well as an inoperable bath tub. The bathroom with a shower has a door that doesn't close properly. And both have a NO PAPER AT ALL IN THE TOILET policy. The kitchen has everything you'd need, however the refrigerator - while working but not plugged in upon arrival - is quite antiquated. There IS another one inside the cabinet but hasn't worked in ages. The cooker needs to be plugged to a sidewall to operate which can be a safety hazard. Also, in the kitchen area, 2 of the 4 dining table chairs are broken and are a cut hazard. The main bedroom is spacious with one caveat: a chain locked closet. The apartment has wonderful views but there is a wall with a broken glass window and broken glass door dividing the spacious patio. A little work would go a long way to gaining a 5 star review instead of the 3 I have given it.
