This inviting home is located on the corner lot of a quiet street. There’s a shopping center nearby, and a selection of local restaurants within a ten minute drive. You can also find several pleasant parks in the area.

If you’re heading out to do some sightseeing, hop on the nearby highway to quickly travel to Chicago’s iconic sights. You can reach the heart of downtown in just 40 minutes, and the White Sox, Bears, and Cubs stadiums are 25, 30, and 40 minutes away respectively. If you prefer (and don’t mind taking the longer scenic route), you can ride the Metra to downtown Chicago. The train station is only two minutes from the house.

Using the local airports? A 40-50 minute drive will bring you to Midway and O’Hare.

The home contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, a fully stocked kitchen, 2 living spaces, as well as an in-unit washer and dryer.

Parking: The attached 2 car garage and driveway are available for use. The combined space can fit up to a total of 4 vehicles, street parking is also available.

**There are doorbell cameras on the front & side doors. As well as cameras overlooking the driveway, backyard and side yard. The cameras will be on during your stay. There is also a noise monitor in the living room that measures increased decibel levels but does NOT record audio.**
