The house is in a nice quiet and safe area. The description is accurate. It can accommodate 6 overnight guest with 2 guest sleeping on the full-size futon.The complimentary coffees and teas were very nice, and the snack drawer was a particularly nice surprise.Communication respons was fast and the only issue we had, upon check-in, was resolved quickly, even at night time. Other than that, the check-in was great and I loved that the code was purposely set up with a number that I would remember. I would recommend this rental 100%
