We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic, with plenty of great food options nearby and an easy drive to all the places we wanted to visit in the area. The property itself was comfortable and just what we needed. The owner was very responsive and quick to address a couple of very minor issues that came up, which made the stay even smoother. Overall, highly recommend this property for both convenience and hospitality.

In the middle of December, during a snowfall, the log cabin feel of the house was perfect. It was warm and welcoming. Nico was great to work with, he was very attentive and answered all my questions promptly. Although we weren't able to partake in any outside activities, the house is large enough for a family to enjoy a special occasion dinner, or a night of pizza and rowdy board games.

Great cabin in Mokena!

Check in and check out was easy! The location in Mokena is near many great restaurants downtown Chicago isn’t too far. Nico was very communicative and helpful. I would highly recommend this location!

Great location

Stayed here while we were in town for my son’s first birthday. Very clean and spacious home. Excellent location. Nico was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

The host didn't seem inattentive. The house was extremely dusty which caused my allergies to flair up badly. I couldn't clean up the dust because I had to take care of my husband who needed a kidney. I had to leave a day before early because of the dust. The windows has a lot of spider web's.

Spacious house with awesome host!

Our group of 6 older adults very much enjoyed our stay in this surprisingly large and immaculately clean cabin. We had a plumbing and an appliance issue during our stay, but the owner (Nico) responded and resolved the problem immediately both times. Could not ask for a better host!!! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Nico’s place had plenty of space and everything you need for your stay. Traveled with 3 adults and 3 16 year old boys and had no issues. Nico responded instantly with any questions. Would def stay again.

Perfect Home for Our Needs

We came to Mokena for a Memorial Service. This home had 3 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms so we were able to fit 2 couples and one single. The five of us were able to comfortably fit in kitchen and living room. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed for cooking. The location was central to shopping and the area we had to travel to for the service. Niko was quick to answer our questions and great to work with.

Super place

The house is quite large, very roomy, very clean, and unique southwestern type architecture. Very impressive. I think this place was under promised and over delivered which is wonderful. I'd give 6 stars if I could. 3 friends came to Chicago to visit some military museums. All went well with those visits. Then we noticed some military things at the house next door! The guy next door has a museum under construction! We walked next door and met the very nice owner. Great visit. Good time in Chicago area.
