With THREE BATHROOMS, mornings are easy and convenient. The house includes a BOXING/ FITNESS room, and the huge entertaining deck has two BBQ's to keep any family gathering satisfied.
Surf and Sand enthusiasts are catered for- a selection of SOFT AND HARD SURFBOARDS, Boogie Boards, Flippers and Wetsuits for the early morning surf/ swim/body bash that is a # 3 minute walk to the waters edge at Tamarama, # 8 minute walk to Bondi Beach, # 10 minute walk to Bronte Beach and cafe life. Opposite Panth's Beach Shack is M Cafe Deli with arguably one of Sydneys Eastern suburbs best cafe's. The home is perfect for budget conscious families and groups of friends who want to be 10 minutes from Bondi Junction, 20 minutes from the CBD but nestled in the relaxed and cosy warmth of the coolest beachside suburb Sydney has to offer.
