La fantastique "Casa Osborne" offre le cadre parfait pour la meilleure période de l'année : vos vacances ! Laissez-vous surprendre par cette incroyable maison pour 8 personnes avec vue sur la mer à Alcudia. Son espace extérieur vous permettra de profiter de bains relaxants pour combattre la chaleur, d'un repos réconfortant sur les chaises longues qui entourent la piscine privée (8 m x 4 m) avec douche en plein air. Elle est située dans un magnifique jardin méditerranéen, planté d'hibiscus en fleur, d'agrumes et de bougainvilliers. Profiter de ses incroyables vues sur la mer est l'un des plus grands plaisirs de ce logement. Une terrasse avec chaises longues à l'étage supérieur est disponible à cet effet. Vous pourrez également utiliser le barbecue à gaz "Weber", sur l'une de ses terrasses, qui vous permettront de profiter de repas et de dîners en plein air.



La maison entièrement climatisée comprend un grand salon avec des meubles rembourrés de haute qualité, une Smart TV et une salle à manger intégrée, une chambre et une salle de bain avec douche situées à l'étage supérieur de la maison. La cuisine spacieuse est entièrement équipée pour préparer des plats méditerranéens. Un escalier extérieur au design spectaculaire, couvert de fleurs de bougainvillier, mène à la zone de la piscine.



Il y a quatre chambres, avec deux lits simples côte à côte dans chacune. La chambre principale dispose d'une salle de bain complète attenante et vue sur la piscine. Il y a trois salles de bain au total, deux avec baignoire et une avec douche.



Le point le plus remarquable à Alcudia/Alcanada est la distance à pied jusqu'à la plage naturelle, l'un des plus beaux terrains de golf d'Europe, la petite île du phare et un restaurant très agréable avec terrasse sur la mer. On peut y accéder en quelques minutes à pied, en voiture ou en bus au centre touristique bien connu, Puerto de Alcudia.

Absolutely loved our stay!

The villa was well-equipped especially the kitchen. Good location – peaceful yet close to shop, restaurant ( booking required), and the beach. The pool was great , and the host was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend !

We were a larger family with three small children, and our stay was absolutely wonderful

The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the villa itself is in perfect condition. The bedrooms were comfortable – we all slept really well, which I especially appreciated as I’m very sensitive when it comes to sleeping with kids. The villa is located among other villas in a very quiet area, which we truly valued. There’s a small shop nearby where we could get the basics, and a lovely restaurant called Terazza where we enjoyed delicious paella and wine. There’s also a beautiful coastal path that leads to the main beach in Alcudia – about 2 km away and walkable, though we mostly drove. All in all, our holiday was a great success and we definitely hope to come back one day!

Nice house, ok location, annoying neighbors

Really nice house. Fully equipped and a lot of space. The pool is a really nice place to relax and the rooftop has an amazing view The house is perfect but unfortunately the neighborhood is quite loud. There have been several houses occupied by drunk people celebrating until late in the night. As it was more than one I assume we were not just unlucky…

First class accommodation!

We had a truly splendid holiday in this lovely villa. Everyone had lots of space to relax in and the pool was a super size with lots of sun loungers. The house was immaculately clean and that is so important to me. Taxis were easily available to bring us into the Port and La Terazza was a wonderful location close by for lunches and cocktails! One last thing, we didn't bother with a big shop as the local Spar was more than adequate. We fully intend to rebook next year and heartily recommend this villa to other travellers. Nothing

A wonderful week in a lovely place…..

Lovely quiet area but easy to access restaurants in Alcudia and Port de Alcudia via busvery reasonably prices taxi.. We had a hired car to explore further afield. Villa was well supplied, comfortable, relaxing and very clean- we felt at home immediately. Pool area fabulous though another sun umbrella might be helpful. The management team were accessible and answered any questions quickly. We asked if we could stay longer on our last day as we had a late flight, this was checked quickly with the owners and they got back to us the same day to confirm . It’s hard to find anything to complain about so we won’t try!

Nice house in a quiet area

The house is very nice, and the sea view is fantastic! Particularly the indoor of the house is very spacious and clean. The location of the house is good, in a quiet area but close enough to restaurants, super markets, beaches, etc. Some even on walking distance. We had a great holiday! Offer two sets of keys when rented to 2 families (8 people). It just makes it easier to accommodate different day plans. With one set of keys we always had to coordinate. It did not feel safe to leave the keys in the key box, despite that it is locked. Communicate a little more proactively when maintenance is going to be done (e.g. pool maintenance). The pool maintenance is done late morning, beginning of afternoon. If that's announced, guests can plan their day better.

Beautiful property in perfect location

We had a splendid holiday in this lovely villa and plan to rebook next year. There was lots of space for everyone to feel comfortable and the pool was excellent. We are familiar with this area but normally stay in the Port. Bus and taxi options made it unnecessary to hire a car and our kids often walked to the Port. We absolutely loved the tranquility of the neighbourhood and appreciated a more quiet and peaceful environment. La Terazza restaurant is couple of minutes walk from the house with super cocktails and tables overlooking the sea. The local Spar meant we were under no pressure to "do" a big shop. All in all it was the perfect spot for our family of 6 including adult children. We are now safely home and very well relaxed.

Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen

Die Villa befindet sich in wundervoller Lage am Ende einer ruhigen Straße mit tollem Meerblick. In der Villa erwartete uns ein kleines Begrüßungspaket und auch an Einrichtung und Haushaltsartikel hat uns nichts gefehlt - Spülmaschinentabs, Kaffee, Waschpulver etc. war alles vorhanden. Die gesamte Villa und der Pool waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und auch nicht abgewohnt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Villa eignet sich sowohl für Familien als auch für Freundesgruppen die die Kultur und Natur von Mallorca genießen möchten. Mit einem Auto ist man schnell in größeren Städten, am Strand oder in der Natur. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und sind begeistert von dem tollen Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Auch das online Check-In und die Kommunikation vor der Anreise waren sehr gut, sodass wir uns nicht lange mit Formalitäten beschäftigen mussten und unseren Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende genießen konnten.
