Ideal set up for families with kids & large groups. Fully furnished w/ modern kitchen, large living room, 5 BRs, and game room w/ billiards, ping pong, pacman machine & futon. Private fenced-in Backyard w/ Patio, BBQ & lawn games tailored for celebrations. 2.5 Baths + outdoor shower. 10 mins from Sands Beach in Port Royal. Pet Friendly.

We cater to large groups and families and our bedrooms are arranged accordingly. Below is a breakdown.

#1 Master BR w/ connected full bath - king bed
#2 BR w/ connected half bath - queen bed
#3 BR - queen bed
#4 BR - 1 set of twin bunk beds
#5 BR - 3 sets of full sized bunk beds w/ twin trundles
#6 BR - Game Room w/ futon

Additional full bath is located in hallway between rooms #1-4. We also have an outdoor shower in the Patio area.

Bunk Room & Game Room are conveniently located across from each other in a brand new addition of the house, perfect for having all the kids together in one area of the home.

Proximity to beaches - we are just 10 minutes away from Sands Beach in Port Royal. It is inside the harbor, but awesome and a great casual spot right near downtown and restaurants/bars, etc. We also provide guests 2 car passes to Hunting Island State Park which is an oceanfront beach 25 minutes away. Each car pass covers admission for everyone in each car. Any additional cars/individuals are $8 per person admission.

This is a great property for a large group! We stayed here for a weekend to attend a baby shower in Beaufort. The house is updated and offered all that we needed for a family trip. The outdoor space is great, and the property offers ample parking space. The hosts were accommodating and communicated with me quickly. The area is quiet and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for a week for a small vacation before our son’s bootcamp graduation. It was wonderful, plenty of beds, the kids bunk room was great and the game room was a big hit. Spacious enough for all of us to roam and do our thing in the house, big enough dining room and living room for eating and hangout. Kitchen was well equipped for us to make breakfast and dinners. There is a small beach close by and also the state park, which they have passes to get into that. The beach at the state park was beautiful and barely anyone there. The houses location is perfect for shorter commute to base, the beaches and poking through Beaufort. Lots of stores and restaurants close by. It’s only an hour from Savannah to go sight seeing there. The host responded quickly to any and every message. It is also pet friendly so we didn’t have to leave our fur babies at home. The backyard is fenced in so they were able to go outside and do their business without worry. We would defray here again !

We stayed at this location because of its convenience to Parris Island since our grandson was graduating Marine basic training to become the first Marine in our family. The location was very convenient....only minutes away from the base. The property was perfect for our group of nine and, other than our food, everything we needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable; in fact, after the first night, two members of our group mentioned that at home they usually wake up with a backache but that did not happen that morning. While we did not have a reason to contact the hosts, we received communication from them to be sure to let them know if we needed anything. We will definitely stay at this location again if the need arises.
