Naturally cool in summer, fully heated in winter. Multiple bus lines steps away — downtown Seattle in 10 minutes. Burke-Gilman Trail nearby. The studio is part of a character-filled 1910 home, fully renovated. Access is through the backyard via a covered deck — a pleasant approach that feels separate from the street. The garden-level setting is naturally quiet and shielded from street noise. The queen bed is tucked into its own area with blackout blinds, with a separate sitting area to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave, and dual-fuel range. A Keurig is stocked with coffee capsules. The renovated bathroom features heated floors. Sonos speakers and a Roku TV are included. Self check-in via keypad — no keys, no coordination needed. Door code sent before arrival. Free street parking directly outside. A few things to know: we live in the main house and use the backyard regularly. We have a friendly dog and young kids (including daytime saxophone practice). You're welcome to use the backyard and deck when we're not out there.

Everything about this stay was 10/10. It’s a nice neighborhood, very conveniently located, and the unit is perfect. It was super clean, there was access to a peaceful backyard, and the communication with the host was fantastic. Great price, and if I come back to Seattle this will be the first place I look to stay.
